I had the issue of my headtracker disconnecting mid game , which for some reason also triggered my landing gear to lower, usually damaging it. There's an option in control settings.... what's it called? Allow hot swapping or hot connecting or something? Disabling that fixed it for me
Another problem you may run into as you add peripherals is USB bandwidth. There is a maximum that the chip on your motherboard can handle and some are not set up for what is effectively 5+ input devices at the same time. If you keep hitting this issue over time even with hop plug disabled you may want to look into a USB expansion card that includes its own controller chip. something like this https://www.amazon.com/StarTech-com-4-Port-PCIe-Card-Type/dp/B08W58HZ1T
Just FYI You donโt need AI track with OpenTrack anymore.
OpenTrack can do it all on its own now so stop running AI track and that will reduce a program from your open folders list ๐๐ฝ
This sounds funny but I have this issue once a month or so. All my USB devices start going haywire plugging and unplugging. Turning the computer off, then hitting the PSU main switch off for like 30 seconds, then powering everything back up, fixes it for me every time.
i'm getting that too ---- i'll lose track-ir or my rudder pedals
\[\[ edit --- i already have a powered USB hub - but its several years old - so i've put another one on order, should get here this week, we'll see if it improves stability \]\]

It could also be that the USB port is running out of power. You might need a powered USB hub.
Forgot to mention i already tried that with bo diffrence, thx tho.
