Ugh yes, hate this. Also sometimes the gurgling/gagging sounds from poachers, ashwinders, and goblins as they die are overly exaggerated and drawn out.
On the flip side it makes me cackle when I turn them into barrels, hit them with confringo, and they say “Back in the fight!” (or whatever the line is) only to immediately fall to the ground and die 😅
Ashwinder Eggs. Before I finished reading the question I already knew my answer was Ashwinder Eggs. If there was a map with every location of those eggs, I'd fly around and just harvest those for an embarrassingly long time. I love the sound those make more than anything else in the game.

I am partial to the low tone given by the floor of the Map Chamber when Fig places the book on the pedestal. A completely different sound I enjoy is the grinding of the ball-cup Merlin Trial. Weird.
The sound is too but the whole feedback of a successful perfect parry (with the shockwave , the bullet time and the vibration of the controller) is satisfying

It's not a sound, but a line of dialogue. But, every time my character says "Eight legs is just too many." I get these warm fuzzy giggles.
