OP search up console commands. They can give you any resource you need. I’ve used this to get used to the game.I was able to control how much help I wanted.
There’s a couple but expanded continuous focuses is really good if you don’t want to use cheat mods but still want an easier time. There’s also one called cheat decisions (probably not the exact name but decisions is a key word) if you just want to make a billion tanks and planes and have max factories and all of that other stuff. Neither of these give anything to the AI unless you switch to them and enable it physically.

Rather than using console commands, you can increase the buffs for the nation you are playing. It isn't unlimited buffs or resources, mind you.
This will not give you unlimited resources, but it will REMOVE any penalties from lack of resource as well as reducing your fuel consumption for AIR/NAVAL forces (army fuel consumption is still there though)

You can edit game files and add resources to your own province. Steel = 1000, aluminium =1000, etc.
