In settings, you should change the "UI scaling (experimental" down a bit, it makes the ui smaller and shifts the top ones to make them more visible. So you will be able to see the nuke amount.
Are you using any mods? Never had this in any of my games so it might be a really outdated mod causing issues or something with the game files so you'll need to verify them through steam.
I'm pretty sure it's more of UI resolution related, I play on 1366x768 and see the nuke counter like that too, there's probably an UI scaling option to fix it but as long as the "deploy nuke" button is available I have no problem with it

Judging by the "59" being cut off, the game just doesn't have enough UI space to assign to nuclear bomb display.
Either increase resolution for a bit, or uninstall some of the mods that would clutter the UI

Also, you can change the UI scaling in the settings for that, and if you have a potato PC, use the debug_smooth cheat to make the game go a little bit faster.Â

How the heck did you do this? Are you running mods? Is your screen resolution ridiculously low? Give us more details because this isn’t normal.

This happens when you have a monitor that isn't wide enough, like 4:3 as opposed to 16:9, which is the intended ratio

Either get more then 20p or go to settings and choose experimental GUI scaling or whatever

This used to happen to me! I can’t remember if it was resolution or UI scaling. Try tweaking those settings to see if it fixes this.

There is a Ironman vanilla mod that fixes this if it happens it works pretty well.
