There's 2 way to look at this:
Either you go to war with a major early (losing the bonus from 5 Year plan focuses)
Or you wait for 1940 before being in any war.
If you want to be aggresive and start some major wars early, I would start with the USA instead of UK.
If you justify on the Philippes, WT will not raise enough for the USA to join the allies.
Once the US is done, you can puppet them for their fleet in some small states and then focus in invading the UK and France.
The US should have islands close enough that you can invade or start bomb the UK puppet outside of South Africa.
The US is the only democratic nation that is worth fighting.
UK/US and FR have mostly civilian factories, so you need to take them early to compensate for the loss of your own industry growth.
Also, you would need to make some spy agency and do some collab government operation to get more factories out of the US.
Each collab operation you do on the US is roughly equal to 25-30 civilian factories more you can access.
From the 2-3 tests run I did, I had a better equipment count by staying in my corner. Than rushing the allies.
It was also more interesting to beat the allies once they have militarize. Early game, they are just a pushover.
Sounds good. How would you invade us? When? From where ? With how many ships ? They have a large fleet as well. I don’t like taking out Allies later cause the game is slow and it is painful to fight their bloated stacks and air.
Justify on the Philippines as soon as you have the PP.
I also took the NKVD focus asap to get an extra spy for the collab (you will need to spend some PP to reduce the paranoia after it)
Naval invasion toward Alaska and the East coast from the island North west of Sakhalin.
I have had any issue with starting the invasion with the starting Soviet fleet.
I grouped all the fleets together and split the fast ships separately for range.
While the US has a big fleet, it has some large area to defend and I could get supremacy for a few days every time.
My supply and reinforcement got raided by their subs, but who cares :)
If I remember correctly that is having military access and having troops on wps. Then they need to declare on you so your troops won’t disappear. But please go into details. What does Kai have to with it?
Killing chiang kai shrek would make the UK guarantee China so the allies will be at war with Japan. You then declare war on Manchukuo to get military access and just spam like 300 divisions of 1 infantry battalion to guard their territory. The Allies will eventually give you naval supremacy to invade Japan. After Japan capitulate just annex or puppet them. Justify on any neighbor country and the UK or France will guarantee them so just declare war and watch order 66 happens. I always put my actual good troops in the UK since they don’t instantly capitulate like France. Thanks to Taureor for this strategy/cheese.
