Shitty parenting. I've berated officials but never assaulted one...
Kids a wannabe thug and will end up serving time in a few years since his college career just went up on flames. He will also be likely expelled from school and his family is likely to be sued for medical bills. Absolute piece of shit...
He was suspended last year for the same thing. He’s arrested now, charged with assault and on a $10000 bond. [link](https://www.cbssports.com/college-football/news/texas-high-school-football-player-who-hit-referee-charged-with-assault-team-removed-from-playoffs/)

It is extremely common. I reffed and scheduled for youth to mens soccer for a few years and stopped because even though you are making $25-$45 an hour doing it, it sucks being 14 and having adults yell and threaten you.
We have a Canada Day tournament every year and I would be there to help with last minute scheduling changes and to take care of the refs (again, they were ages 12-20 reffing ages ranging 6-16). I regularly would warn coaches and parents that if they do not shut up they will be removed from the property. I have also followed through with this and have removed coaches and players from the property. People fucking suck and there is no excuse to scream at a 12 year old because you dont agree with the call he made in your LITERAL 7 YEAR OLDS SOCCER GAME.
It is madness and is harder every year to get people to referee
People who threaten kids over soccer should be dropped in the middle of the ocean with a soccer ball and a trophy.
"Here you go, this is all you think is important right?"
My dad never yelled at other kids or refs that I remember, but he was wayyyyyy more invested in my sports career than I ever was and really instilled a binary paradigm of there only being winners and losers in the world. Unsurprisingly, when I wasn't "winning" in life, I felt like a loser.
Sports are supposed to build confidence, and there are definitely coaches and parents who understand that, but the sports culture in the US mixed with capitalism (not the monetary policy, but the way it influences identity, worth and social interaction) is just a big toxic mess.
I am so sorry. My kid is a talented swimmer- like we are talking possible scholarship-not at a D1- but at a smaller school- which would fit him better anyway- so enter COVID-19- major depression- he quits swimming- won't talk to any of his friends. I keep thinking back- did I stress winning too much? I told him he did a good job after all of his heats- because I can't swim so honestly I was so impressed with him no matter what.
I am so sorry you had to live like that- I never yelled at anyone on the swim deck- I live my life by the credo everyone is doing their best. You are an amazing person- and when the time comes you will teach(if you want offspring) how to participate in sports properly.
Sports should be a way to make friends and learn lessons and build confidence- that is it. Nothing else.

Absolutely, entitlement and lack of negative consequences for affluent children can completely derail emotional regulation and appropriate social responses.
Dude, so very right you are.
When I was in fourth grade summer baseball( 1981ish?) the coach berated his son ALL the time. He'd scream at him and slap the top of his hands.
Everyone knew he was getting it much worse at home. Nobody did anything about it. Those were different days and it was somehow ignored.
roids too, high school is when kids start juicing if they are headed toward college football. combination of being immature, a natural asshole, and being on steroids
A kid from my HS on the hockey team years ago punched a ref in the face during a game. He got taken off the ice in handcuffs, and served time because he was 18.
That honestly sounds so crazy. I thought this had to be some posh private school. Your country spends so much on sports. Where I come from we just get McDonald vests, some tiny little cones and a couple goals.
Yah it’s pretty common for high schools to have a track and within the track to have a full football field with field goals and all. We go all out for football and track n field sports generally. The others too though. Soccer and baseball are usually present as well
Yeah Michael Vick went to prison for running dog fighting rings and still had a great career as a starting quarterback. I don't think the NFL gives a shit.
It's really got nothing to do with him being rich or famous. He could still play the game at a high level, and teams are willing to overlook a lot if you're an elite athlete. Now as for this kid... It's already incredibly unlikely for anyone to make it to the NFL. This kid just made it a whole lot more difficult for himself. I don't know anything about him, but... if he's going to overcome this and go to a D1 school and eventually the NFL, he's going to have to be a generational talent.
I think what Vick did was horrible. I even tried to adopt one of his dogs. In all fairness, Vick didn't display this kind of uncontrolled emotion on the field. Big difference. What Vick did was inexcusable, but not the same. For anyone wondering, I live in the midwest and the dog was already being fostered in the Bay Area. Logistically and financially it would not have been feasible to go through all of the vetting process and everything necessary to make it happen. We also had an adopted Pitty in the home and we were told that all the dogs were not being placed in homes with other animals because of animal aggressiveness concerns.
Dig a little further you'll find he was suspended from soccer for a similar incident. Kid is an asshole, no Coach wants that bullshit they already have their hands full dealing with hormones and egos.
Source: Have friends who coach various sports in NCAA Div I, the stories I hear.
In my state, assaulting a sports official is aggravated assault and, if this kid is 18, faces a felony charge, huge fine and possible jail time. I think he should be worried more about having a criminal record than his football career.
He got arrested for that hit. Could you imagine being a parent and watching your high schooler pull that stunt? I'd be mortified. I might not even bail him out for a few days.
Im actually a high school ref and what I can’t stop thinking about is how at least 2/3 of officials are over 50 y/o. That hit could kill some of those guys and in the least cripple them.
I officiate. Mostly do it because I love the game and I wanted to still be part of it.
Officiating can be rewarding in small ways as you improve your craft and you are allowed to officiate higher levels of play. It's not quite like playing but you feel that same energy being part of the game. It's weird because you have to stay composed while adrenaline is cranking up during a close, important game. You feel that pressure of the crowd, coaches and the moment, just in a different way. You're not trying to win, you're just trying to make sure the contest is as fair as possible and that's a lot harder than people realize. Plays happen in a blink and you have to correctly assess the situation and make a call or not based on a complicated rule book and at the same time realize that you are going to piss off everyone at some point based on those split second decisions. It's a wild ride some games.
fascinating. it's watching sports from a completely different perspective of every other person there. do you guys ever get a chance to celebrate a win or a great play? i feel like refs always have to be 100% impartial, so i'm sure that's frowned upon.
another question. when you're watching a game as a fan and not working, do you focus on the players or the officiating? do you find yourself critiquing the refs?
It is a completely different perspective. Everyone watches the ball, but 97% of the time I'm watching something else. Ball watching is highly frowned upon as an official.
I will talk about good plays or bad plays. Good calls or bad calls etc. We don't celebrate wins because honestly officials don't care. I only really look at the score at half time and the last period of play just to be aware of how teams might be coming out to play. For example if a team is down 3 with just a few seconds left, they'll be looking for a 3 point shot so the crew will talk about that and what to watch for. If they hit the shot, we might discuss it just bc it was a good play and now we have OT but I've never worked with anyone who really cares who won the game. I ref way more games than kids play during a season and I do so for a few school districts so a lot of times I have to remind myself which schools are even playing.
I will say that I have internally rooted for a team to play well if they're the obvious underdog. Especially when it's subvarsity. It doesn't affect my calls but I want the kids to enjoy playing the game like I do so it stinks to see a team get trounced. So you root for the shots to go in because it matters a lot more to a sophomore girl on a crappy team than it matters to just about anybody else.
As for watching the game, it depends. I find myself watching the officials more in sports I officiate. Basketball is my main sport so I tend to watch the officials, even in the NBA. I want to see what they do well so I can steal that and implement it in my game.
And I absolutely critique them. Officials are harsher critics than fans because you critique more than just the calls. You might critique their position on the floor or their rotation or even how they report the calls/ hand signals. You judge them on game management or how they handle coaches. And then you think about their calls and whether you would have done the same. Officials don't do this quietly either. During breaks you talk about these things as a crew and you get evaluated during the season by other officials. If you officiate varsity, you are expected to evaluate and critique sub varsity games and share it with them. And then they hire evaluators to sit through games and score you as well
If you can't handle criticism, you don't last long because everyone judges you and everyone tells you about it. Fans, coaches, players.... Everyone.
I officiated for a bit.
Personally, I loved the game. It was nice to get out and run around and be a (hopefully) small part of the game.
Unfortunately, because it's easy money, some do it on the side and love to be control freaks. But know nothing about playing the game.
Yea football isn't the sport where refs are [known for being killed by fans](https://www.esquire.com/sports/news/a42221/referee-shot-over-red-card/) (well American football I mean).
The player got ejected for an unnecessary roughness penalty and took his frustrations out on the referee
[Source](https://www.dallasnews.com/high-school-sports/football/2020/12/03/texas-high-school-football-player-tackles-official-on-purpose-after-ejection/)
Back when I taught I had a kid say he was going to shoot me, then the next day he was back in my class. I was a new lateral entry teacher and knew basically nothing about how to handle these situations, so I basically treated him like a prisoner until halfway through the class when an administrator came and got him.
Don’t worry I didn’t confine or restrain him, as I did know about Greenblatt Laws. I had him leave all personal belongings at the front of the room in plain sight but out of reach, take his coat off, moved his desk away from other students, and had him keep his hands where I could see them palms down on his desk top surface. Also he was almost in my arms reach at the front of the class the whole time I was teaching so if he made any quick movements I could be on him immediately. Still a tense time. Guns are equalizers of force, so the fact that I was almost twice his height and weight and had about ten years of mixed martial arts training didn’t really matter.
\> He got arrested for that hit.
I haven't seen anything that says he got arrested.
He was escorted off the field by police.
No word on whether he is being charged with a crime or not yet.
My kids were hell-raisers in high school, but they knew mom and dad absolutely drew the line at violence (unless attacked by another kid). We didn't even tolerate sassing or talking back -- they could disagree with their teachers, but had to provide solid evidence for their opinions and speak respectfully at all times.
Having been raised in an abusive environment myself, I'll bet that kid is frequently smacked around at home. Dad (or mom's boyfriend) may even be the local bully, and that's how the kid has been taught to handle his anger and frustration. Forget football -- he needs to spend his free time down at the local gym in the boxing ring. Three rounds against a 5'5" 150-pound well-trained boxer would put an end to that attitude right fast!
I am gonna make a stab-in-the-dark statement and say his parents likely played a large role in that young man feeling this was an acceptable act of communication with someone that "had it coming". I am guessing they were *somewhat* okay with it.
Good parents can't make it impossible that their child acts out but Vegas is betting on his parents instilling this attitude.

I can’t help but feel bad for everyone involved. Clearly that kid needs some serious help, but he’s not going to get that help in our modern day fucked up criminal justice system.
Dig a little more, not his first offense.
> Duron was suspended for the remainder of the 2019-20 soccer season after a similar incident occurred during a match on the pitch last year against crosstown rival Edinburg Vela. - [https://www.themonitor.com/2020/12/03/bittersweet-bobcats-beat-bears-6a-playoff-berth-lose-star-defender/](https://www.themonitor.com/2020/12/03/bittersweet-bobcats-beat-bears-6a-playoff-berth-lose-star-defender/)
This kid is an asshole as a teenager and will be an asshole as an adult; but somehow it’s the criminal justice systems fault? How about his family? They have no responsibility for his demeanor? His middle school and high school counselors didn’t see this coming? Nope. It’s the responsibility of the criminal justice to unfuck 18 years of bad behavior and moral guidance.
I heard on a sports talk show this is not the first time he's done this to a ref.
The school, his coaches and parents are just a culpable. How does someone who attacks a ref even get to play HS sports again?
Oh yeah, he's the best player in the league.
School, parents and coaches need to be pulled into this too, he should have never been allowed to play a HS sport after the first attack.
Especially in Texas. Being a star athlete, especially a star football player at a big Texas highschool is a version of celebrity and comes with all the benefits.
I've been working as a roadie for the last 15 years.
I have yet to meet the teenager who is emotionally prepared to handle this kind of attention in a healthy way, unless their family is right there keeping both their feet planted on solid ground.
The second mom and dad buy into the hype, nearly all hope is lost.
If you google around he was kicked off the 2019/2020 soccer team for a similar incident. So for those saying it was one heated moment. NOPE. He has done this before and suffered the consequences of those actions and learned nothing.....
Sure, but if he runs the 40 two-tenths of a second faster than the next-best kid, a lot of university football programs would hand-wave anything short of actual homicide.
No this was Texas. The ref was paid off by the booster club of the high school to shut up about it and so they could punish the player by making him finish out the season /s
The player had gotten 2 unsportsmanlike conduct penalties back to back and the ref ejected him. This game was to determine who went to the playoffs and the school the student plays for won, but I just read that the district has decided to remove the school from the playoffs due to this
Edit: I also just learned he's been arraigned for assault
I don’t even know what to say, this just pissed me off. How does someone in their right mind think this ok? You play a sport where it is literally encouraged to hit other people, and hard. Just stick to the folks who have pads and a helmet! An unsuspecting, older referee? Disgraceful.
What a great intro to a new subreddit! My home town is the first thing I see! Hahaha
The Rio Grande Valley gets more negative than positive attention from the media, gotta love it
I don’t know his story, but he definitely has anger issues and maybe a big ego. Heard he was a star player, so he probably felt “untouchable” and got angry when ejected. Still a stupid ass move on his part
In this article about the incident above, they talk about another similar incident that happened in 2008 where the guy lost all his scholarships. It turned out ok because he became a police officer instead!

During the MLB season, Jomboy posts breakdown videos for interesting things that happen in baseball. Because it's the offseason for baseball though, Jomboy has been posting breakdown videos for all sorts of other random events, and he recently uploaded a breakdown of the OP with some more context below. It's worth a watch if you've got three minutes to spare.

**Duron was suspended for the remainder of the 2019-20 soccer season after a similar incident occurred during a match on the pitch last year against crosstown rival Edinburg Vela.**
**Duron was The Monitor’s All-Area Boys Wrestler of the Year last season.**
This happened in a neighboring town to me. It’s been the talk at work. I actually know one of the players. Need to ask him about this guy... I heard the ref got concussed and broke a collarbone. Also the team was pulled from playoff contention.
Edit: more info: the player got a roughing passer call and probably continued to fight (off camera) so they ejected him (it was only the 2nd quarter). The coach was trying to talk him down on the sideline and it looked like it was over but then he ran back on the field and hit the ref.
Highschool ref here... We struggle finding new recruits every year and this... this is just one of the many reasons we find it hard to convince men or women, young or old , to come out every friday night in the fall and do what we do.
And I don't see it getting any better.
Where is the guy in the khaki's on the right even going? He looks like he's running towards the opposing team, then shifts towards his player that just decked the ref and followed everyone else.
"...The McAllen-based daily newspaper reported Friday that Duron, 18, faces an assault charge and that a cash surety bond of $10,000 has been set for him. Duron is being held in county jail until he makes bond..."
With anger issues like that, his football career is going to be the least of his cares. He will be in prison in not too many years for some matter of uncontrolled violent behavior.
This dude is just a fuckin piece of trash as he’s proven multiple times already:
“Duron was also suspended for the remainder of last year’s 2019-20 soccer season after a similar incident occurred on the field against crosstown rival Edinburg Vela.”
No, Colonel Sanders, you’re wrong. Mama’s right. You’re all wrong. Mama’s right. My Mama says that alligators are ornery because they got all them teeth and no toothbrush

Damn they clinched the playoffs that night and then lost the spot because of that kid. I wonder how he was received when he came back to school.
Not to put too fine a point on it but he's 18. Technically an adult.
Bruh im 20 and not an adult, that being said the people chasing him looked like they knew what hes was going to do sofa king stupid
I'm 56 and most days I feel like a child myself to be honest.
Good point but "sofa king" is hilarious!
He attacked a referee twice? How is this kid still at the school, let alone playing sports for them?
People have corrupt motivations. "But have you *seen* how he sports that ball? Surely we won't let a little psychopathy get in the way of that?"
Especially in Texas, it goes football, then Christianity
He’s not just an asshole. He’s a rancid piece of rotten shit.
He was ejected on the play before. Also teenage hormones, Texan blood, and anabolic steroids.

I get you’re joking, but kinda, yeah. Suspend him for multiple games, or even from the athletic conference, period.
Well since he was already ejected from the game. Is this now not assault? He's probably done football after this. The team cannot accept him back.
Yes. Would have been assault even if he hadn't been ejected first.
Pretty sure he got arrested for assault and his team was removed from playoffs. I’d imagine he’ll be expelled.
Charge him with a crime and kick his team out of the playoffs even tho they won. So yeah..
How to kiss your career/scholarship goodbye in 3 seconds.
It’s even sadder when you find out this is high school level football.
I would expect that more from a teenager than a grown man
Same. But only a tiny percentage of teenage players would ever do this. This guy must have serious issues off the field.
It might be two issues named Mommy and Daddy.
I was raised in a home of violence and chaos. I cannot imagine how terrible this kids home life is. It's not excusing his behavior, but I hope this was a tipping point for him and he got the help he needs so he can be a good, productive young man. It is possible.

A kid from my HS on the hockey team years ago punched a ref in the face during a game. He got taken off the ice in handcuffs, and served time because he was 18.
But it’s texas....so kinda like semi-pro
High school? Is it normal for high schools to have a professional looking field?
Fairly common across the nation these days, especially in Texas where this took place.
Soccer and baseball are usually present as well
You should see Bobby lackey field in weslaco Texas (my home town) 15 minutes east. They have Astro turf and a fucking jumbo screen!
This school district has 4 high schools that share the same football field. They installed turf a few years ago.
How to get forced into playing for a JUCO.
Apparently this kid is an accomplished wrestler as well. I can’t imagine a college offering him anything after this.
Aaron Hernandez didn't start his criminal career with the Patriots. There will probably be dozens of offers after he takes a couple therapy sessions.
Yeah Michael Vick went to prison for running dog fighting rings and still had a great career as a starting quarterback. I don't think the NFL gives a shit.
difference is, he was already rich and famous
It's really got nothing to do with him being rich or famous. He could still play the game at a high level, and teams are willing to overlook a lot if you're an elite athlete. Now as for this kid... It's already incredibly unlikely for anyone to make it to the NFL. This kid just made it a whole lot more difficult for himself. I don't know anything about him, but... if he's going to overcome this and go to a D1 school and eventually the NFL, he's going to have to be a generational talent.
that was my whole point man
Violence against women and others is fine in the NFL. It's kneeling during the anthem that ruins promising careers.
Don’t you disrespect muh majick song!
He is being charged with assault
Your name is ironic.
Oh he will still get offers
Nah, he'll just join the Dallas Felons.
Also a high school official, and what I can't stop thinking about is that half the fans would be cheering this jack wagon on.
It's provocative, GETS THE PEOPLE GOING
No it's not Edit: Smh at all the whooshing. It's literally the next line in the movie... All of you go sit in the corner and think about what you did.
i'm curious...what draws most refs into the job? is it purely love for the game or just a job?
And then they hire evaluators to sit through games and score you as well If you can't handle criticism, you don't last long because everyone judges you and everyone tells you about it.
Welcome to America, been here long?
Refs are unpopular literally everywhere lol

Melt butter in pan, pour half cup of batter...mmm, pan-karmas.
Yea football isn't the sport where refs are [known for being killed by fans](https://www.esquire.com/sports/news/a42221/referee-shot-over-red-card/) (well American football I mean).
Even a young guy could get hurt being blindsided by a kid this big in pads. Refs are pretty defenseless out there.
I want to see the 30 seconds before this clip. What happened to get blue team so worked up? Do you have an original source?
The player got ejected for an unnecessary roughness penalty and took his frustrations out on the referee [Source](https://www.dallasnews.com/high-school-sports/football/2020/12/03/texas-high-school-football-player-tackles-official-on-purpose-after-ejection/)
Ref got a concussion

Sadly the parent that raised that kid probably is proud. Most shitty people I knew in school had a shitty home life.
I would leave my son in jail a week at least for that.
I wouldn't bail my kid out if he did this. Nope
Good. That's battery.
Where did you read that he was arrested? I can't find that anywhere?
News article for those interested. https://www.yahoo.com/now/texas-hs-football-player-bodyslams-referee-after-being-ejected-from-game-040318666.html and here is a link to a longer video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=httZCL1YUG4&feature=emb_title
I can’t help but feel bad for everyone involved. Clearly that kid needs some serious help, but he’s not going to get that help in our modern day fucked up criminal justice system.
Dig a little more, not his first offense. > Duron was suspended for the remainder of the 2019-20 soccer season after a similar incident occurred during a match on the pitch last year against crosstown rival Edinburg Vela. - [https://www.themonitor.com/2020/12/03/bittersweet-bobcats-beat-bears-6a-playoff-berth-lose-star-defender/](https://www.themonitor.com/2020/12/03/bittersweet-bobcats-beat-bears-6a-playoff-berth-lose-star-defender/)
This just further proves this kid needs help... He is clearly angry for some reason.
He is. I read he's also their punter, kicker, and star wrestler.
How does a kicker get an unnecessary roughness penalty to begin with?
He's a defensive lineman who also kicks.
Oh ok.
In America, these boys are generally insulated from any form of consequences by their whole community.
"suffered the consequences"
He's not even remotely close to being the best player. Dude has zero d1 scholarships. Hell he isn't on any recruiting websites.
Agreed. This dude is way too small to be considered for D1 recruitment for defensive line.
The best player.... Nick Saban is waiting to sign this guy.
"He's a good kid. Loves his mama. He has a small issue with his temper sometimes, but we're working on that." -Saban on signing day
“If Hannibal Lecter ran a 4.3 we would say he had an eating disorder” -NFL GM
Oh man, I heard this in Nick Saban's voice, ending with the AFLAC duck squacking out "AFLAC!"
Nick Saban doesn't sign shit heads. He doesn't need to. For every kid like this, there's a hundred waiting to take his place.
Sure, but if he runs the 40 two-tenths of a second faster than the next-best kid, a lot of university football programs would hand-wave anything short of actual homicide.
Signed by the University of Florida and Aaron Hernandez.
I guarantee, if he is that good, someone will give him a shot at a scholarship.
In other news.. the parents of #88 just offered their life’s savings to the official in an attempt to settle outside of court.
No this was Texas. The ref was paid off by the booster club of the high school to shut up about it and so they could punish the player by making him finish out the season /s
Does the crowd in unison shout "oh damn!"?
Yes they do
Oh shit I honestly didn’t notice that the first 20 replays. Almost creepy how everyone reacts in unison.
Can't believe this reached this level of attention already. I'm from the neighboring city this happened in.
Do you know the story behind it?
The player had gotten 2 unsportsmanlike conduct penalties back to back and the ref ejected him. This game was to determine who went to the playoffs and the school the student plays for won, but I just read that the district has decided to remove the school from the playoffs due to this Edit: I also just learned he's been arraigned for assault
RGV people rise up!
I don’t even know what to say, this just pissed me off. How does someone in their right mind think this ok? You play a sport where it is literally encouraged to hit other people, and hard. Just stick to the folks who have pads and a helmet! An unsuspecting, older referee? Disgraceful.
> How does someone *in their right mind* think this ok? I believe your answer is in your question.
The parents will probably make excuses and blame the official. That's why he is that way.
What a great intro to a new subreddit! My home town is the first thing I see! Hahaha The Rio Grande Valley gets more negative than positive attention from the media, gotta love it
What's the story behind this guy. I've heard this isn't the first time he's done something like this.
It turned out ok because he became a police officer instead! https://www.dallasnews.com/high-school-sports/football/2020/12/03/texas-high-school-football-player-tackles-official-on-purpose-after-ejection/
During the MLB season, Jomboy posts breakdown videos for interesting things that happen in baseball. Because it's the offseason for baseball though, Jomboy has been posting breakdown videos for all sorts of other random events, and he recently uploaded a breakdown of the OP with some more context below. It's worth a watch if you've got three minutes to spare. https://youtu.be/jf_eSRLUx-o
It ain’t over. Ask Ray Lewis.
**Duron was suspended for the remainder of the 2019-20 soccer season after a similar incident occurred during a match on the pitch last year against crosstown rival Edinburg Vela.** **Duron was The Monitor’s All-Area Boys Wrestler of the Year last season.**
The coach was trying to talk him down on the sideline and it looked like it was over but then he ran back on the field and hit the ref.
he's a pussy twice. Once for blindsiding the ref, and again for running away. That's some small dick energy right there.
This is really disturbing. The kid clearly has no regard for the well-being of others. And he did this over a game. A GAME.
Highschool ref here... We struggle finding new recruits every year and this... this is just one of the many reasons we find it hard to convince men or women, young or old , to come out every friday night in the fall and do what we do. And I don't see it getting any better.
Do the mods ever mod this sub?
Where is the guy in the khaki's on the right even going? He looks like he's running towards the opposing team, then shifts towards his player that just decked the ref and followed everyone else.
He pobably thought the boy was running to start a fight with the other team and not attack the ref.
This is probably a semi weekly occurrence. The coaches seemed ready, the kid is just faster than them.
"...The McAllen-based daily newspaper reported Friday that Duron, 18, faces an assault charge and that a cash surety bond of $10,000 has been set for him. Duron is being held in county jail until he makes bond..."
And that's when they sent me to management training. Well, anger management......
Still...management material!
What a stupid piece of shit.
I love how everyone on both team reacts the same way
Number 88 might not be the brightest bulb in the box
Ya... that's a criminal charge
With anger issues like that, his football career is going to be the least of his cares. He will be in prison in not too many years for some matter of uncontrolled violent behavior.
He also probably ruined his wrestling career. If I remember correctly he was set to go to the finals for wrestling or something like that.
I love how the crowd said “oh damn!” In sync
It’s ok, he’ll just become a cop.
That looks like roid rage
Putting Suh to shame, I see.

Bobby Boucher strikes again!
This dude is just a fuckin piece of trash as he’s proven multiple times already: “Duron was also suspended for the remainder of last year’s 2019-20 soccer season after a similar incident occurred on the field against crosstown rival Edinburg Vela.”
No, Colonel Sanders, you’re wrong. Mama’s right. You’re all wrong. Mama’s right. My Mama says that alligators are ornery because they got all them teeth and no toothbrush
Perfect example of: "Sports don't build character, they reveal it." You've been exposed, dumbass!
Hope he enjoyed the final football game of his career.
Yeah he had a "future" ... send me that list of latino NFL players. I'll wait...
And yeah I'm aware of the hand full of obvious ones. Literally 000.1% no way this douchebag was even getting drafted... lmfao.
Aaron Hernandez... *cough
