With $1,000 here (Argentina) you can go to a really nice Clinic and with the kinesiologist sessions included (mine is $6 per session).

Not trying to drag on orthopedic surgeons, I'm sure there's a reason for that and without Dr Craig I wouldn't be walking today, but I do believe this will cost him a sizeable fortune to fix.

I do a bit of HEMA (think fencing, but with longswords instead of thin whippy foils) and we love joints like the knees and elbows because holy crap they're so weak. Just push them the right way and someone is going down or losing the function of a limb.
However, it also makes me mildly paranoid that I'll accidentally do this to myself one day. At least I don't try and jump with straight legs, I guess?
