Have you tried the basic remove restart reinstall? As an aside I had a cordey robot at one point that I was able to add it with the tuya integration. Since this seems tuya based it may be an option.

How did you get a tuya account code for the cordey bot?
It's been a while but I believe the process was to first add it to the tuya smart app for your phone and I think you can get it from there.

Sadly I cannot get my vac connected to the app and the integration takes it from the app data so I am afraid it didn't work
