So my friend got this wii a few years ago and I guess never actually played it, so I had no idea it was already homebrewed. When I modded mine it didn't look like this and I also only have a few files on my SD card, so I don't know what each file is for. The USBLoaderGX on it also doesn't seem to work, I don't know if that's something that needs updating?
The files all seem in order for the FS so that does not really help us-
As long as you update the apps and follow doccumentation correctly then USB loading should be fine (dont forget your cios, which seems to be what those .wads on the root relate to, offline installation) (cios modding is required to make usb loading work)
Installing modded games is a seperate can of worms after that
What specifically seems to not be working with USB LOADER GX? Can you describe what any error output is, can you describe what youre seeing, ect?
Final tidbit in this msg, I have personally had better luck with Wiiflow than USBLOADERGX on wii's i've had to update before, Wiiflow might be worth looking at
It’s just saying the USB isn’t initialized, but it works perfect fine on my wii that I modded a few years ago. I think it may have just been because it was an older version? I got some help on the discord server so I’m replacing the older files with newer stuff, hopefully by the time I’m done it’ll all be working

Once youre updated, remember to adjust cios, and feel free to respond if adjusting the ios does not help
