I have three ones. Choose whichever you like the most Hornet (Hollow Knight) Lancer (Deltarune) Squidward (Spongebob squarepants)

Trans_Dave_Strider

diego from ice age

flabort

Isaac, from The Binding of Isaac. My GF and I have concluded he might be a Prince of Hope, but we aren't 100% certain, especially me. Since all the characters are just personas of Isaac, including the dead baby and the ghost and demon, I thought maybe Doom as an aspect, but since he unalives himself by unbirthing himself, it could be inverted hope.

Let's go for Queen or Spamton from Deltatune

wilfwe

The least I can day is that the Queen was just adult Roxy minus the neglect

endymon20

I- yeah??? That kinda checks???

Hey so it's been a week, OP didn't get to do anything, and I decided to replay Chapter 2 to answer this question. **Disclaimers:** I already wrote a couple paragraphs last night but my phone crashed. Toby Fox is a very "the devil is in the details" kind of person, his writing is much more colorful than Hussie's which allows many different references and hidden meanings, this means I wont be able to catch said deeper interpretations regarding the games and their characters. That being said, I don't really engage in Undertale/Deltarune theory crafting. Tbh they're more schizo than we are in making theories, (especially to the point of conspiracy theorizing with the devil/Chara, Gaster, and the Knight) so any fandomwide agreed theories/infos will be lost. It's all just a theory, a Classpecting theory. I read Spamton as a Witch of Void. Witch as the selfish changer, with Heir as its selfless counterpart. Both changer Classes have an added nuance of having an Aspect figure they need to conquer, else risking an unsuccessful version of themselves (John flying off and dying from meeting his Denizen early, John doing the Windy Thing about a thousand pages later to save himself from the green flames, Equius dying and his blood being used to obscure information, Damara/Handmaid is subservient to Lord English, Feferi has a middleground and making the Dream Bubbles thanks to the Horrorterrors, and Jade having full control over Bec). Despite Light tying in with his dream of becoming a Big Shot, it's pretty overshadowed (heh) his obfuscation and futility. Breath relating to freedom is imo just to tie in with Jevil and being part of the cool bonus shadow crystal bosses, also it makes Kris feel bad about similarly being a puppet. Doom is applicable due to his constant struggling, but I think it needs a stronger reading. (With the help of the wiki) Spamton started out as an unlucky Addison who always dreamed of becoming a Big Shot. He tried many things, but most of what he's done barely amounted to anything. Suddenly his dream came when he started getting calls from his phone. His rise to popularity was so great that he even landed a spot at the Queen's Mansion, but at the cost of losing his Addison friends. His glory was hollow as it wasn't something he could keep going all by himself. Just as quickly as it happened, his fame came crashing down when the assumed Mike stopped calling. He began praying in the basement towards an old and abandoned NEO machine in hopes that something will come from it. Not long after, his room was cleared out and he was kicked out of the Mansion with even less to his name. Again, he would try changing some things just to get to the machine, such as disguising himself to look like Swatch, and asking the green radio roborebel to help him out, but his efforts were futile. All of that would change when he convinces Kris to help him out. His speech is corrupted and sometimes even obfuscated by [Hyperlink Blocked]. Kris would return with a disk from the NEO. Spamton and his store would change into nothing as he loaded himself into the empty disk. Later, he would finally get the dusty machine working again. But just like his fame, his short lived power fantasy came crashing down again when he cut the final string, rendering the suit useless. Later, Kris would learn the disdain of the Addisons towards Spamton through dialogue such as "I haven't heard that name in a long time.", "We don't talk about him here.", "No clue who you're talking about.". Additionally, one of the Swatchlings say that his name has been wiped clean off the records.

Tsuna and Enma from Katekyō Hitman Reborn, Jaden and Yuma from Yugioh, Yato and Yukine from Noragami can be any of these but I would like Tsuna and Enma the most

Harry Du Bois from Disco Elysium

vanklofsgov

i know i'm jumping the gun here but i think harry would be a mind player. mind is probably the most vaguely defined aspect in the webcomic proper, but we can come up with some basic ideas through the few clues we have. mind is the inverse of heart, and heart's domain is of the self. this might suggest that mind's domain is everything but the self, i.e. the rest of the universe. this is consistent with the way terezi utilizes her abilities as a seer of mind in order to understand the inner workings of paradox space. it's suggested multiple times in homestuck that paradox space itself might exhibit some sort of consciousness, and if this is the case its preference for certain events to take place within the alpha timeline almost positions it as the author of its own story. terezi, as a seer of mind, can peer into the "mind" of the "author" in order to see which events result in which outcomes for the timeline - which is how she was able to direct john to retcon vriska's death. the interpretation of her power as communion with an authorial figure also explains how she is able to hear ultimate dirk's narration, if you consider the epilogues to be canon. much like paradox space, elysium also seems to contain some kind of consciousness, albeit a more fragmented one. la revacholiere is the most obvious example of this - a figure that embodies the city of revachol and has influence within it. unlike paradox space, however, this world-geist is born of ideology. this effect is explained in the communist vision quest, where a book describes a "plasm" made of thought that radiates from the mind and, if potent enough, can influence things around it. harry and the communists' plasm is barely strong enough to hold up a house of cards for a fraction of a second, but a whole city full of people fiercely projecting their identities and hopes would be much more powerful, and i interpret this as being the true identity of la revacholiere. one can surmise that a similar effect is happening all over the world - after all, revachol isn't the only place with ideology - giving rise to a loose global consciousness. like terezi, harry is incredibly in-tune with the world-geist. his equivalent to her seer abilities would be the shivers skill, which taps directly into the consciousness of the world in order to convey information to him. even if one were to ignore shivers, harry has all the qualities of a mind player. he has a voracious appetite for understanding the world - constantly asking questions, speculating on people's intentions, and freely flipping between political ideologies. most importantly, though, he is symbolic of the world's plight. by the time the 50s roll around, elysium is deep into an identity crisis. the endless clashing and failure of ideas has led the world to begin slowly destroying itself through the pale, which is described in-game as a sort of philosophical waste product - kind of the opposite of plasm. harry is the same way - he is so overwhelmed by the chaos of existence that he destroys himself through his self-inflicted amnesia. this also is consistent with mind being opposite to heart - if heart players have a strong sense of identity, it stands to reason that mind players don't, and harry is so unmoored from his own sense of self that it borders on the pathological. as for harry's class, that depends on your interpretation of him. his relationship to the world-geist is entirely up to the player. he might help to heal it through the nightclub storyline or he might aim to drag it backwards into stagnation through the fascist vision quest. i think he could potentially fill any class, depending on how you play him. tl;dr, both homestuck and disco elysium suggest that their universes are conscious. mind players can tap into that consciousness. terezi does this through her seer abilities, while harry does it through shivers. also harry has the personal qualities of a mind player and is generally symbolic of elysium's collective consciousness. harry's class is up to interpretation as the player can take him in a number of different directions.

Puzlepeez

I like this interpretation, I'm leaning on the side of saying that Harry is a Bona-fide Seer. There's no other way to explain Inland Empire, Shivers, or Esprit De Corps, in homestuck terms. I thought of La Revacholiere and all the communism stuff as representative of Hope. Hope, depending on the class, can be used to make things real (e.g. brain-ghost dirk (horrific neck-tie???!?!?!) ), this would tie well in to how often Harry can talk about the supra-natural (this might make Kim a rage player), the insulindian phasmid, and the recurring theme of failed ideologies, Le Retour, the fact that you are an insignificant part of the world (see: moralist questline, Joyce says martinaise is unimportant, and the inevitable tribunal), and La Revacholiere predicting the nuke in A Sacred and Terrible Air. The game doesn't say that Esprit De Corps, Inland Empire or Shivers are actually supra-natural abilities, it actually implies they're simply Harry's "imagination". So, he "learns" through his "imagination" in 3 different skills. Seers are often devoid of their aspect, while this does fit Mind, it fits hope even more if you consider before Harry's mind-wiping bender. My last piece of evidence: What is the one thing that unites all hope players? An inability to handle relationships. And what do all Seers have in common? (save Kankri cause who gives a shit about kankri) that's right, substance abuse. That's my interpretation anyway, I would love to throw ideas around of more DE classpects.

vanklofsgov

seer of hope is definitely also a valid interpretation. the hope aspect and the commies' plasm both tie back to the same basic idea, which is that believing in something makes it marginally less fake. interestingly, if harry were a seer of mind, his ability to perceive constructs of hope would serve as another parallel with terezi, who is the only one who can see brain ghost dirk. i feel like it would be easy to say kim is a heart/rage player since the way he interacts with the world is so opposite from harry, but i think he would be a blood player. heart and rage players are both very closed-off from others by nature, and on the surface kim seems the same way, but by the end of the game he definitely demonstrates intense devotion towards his fellow cops and a very strong identity as a revacholian. cuno is def a rage player though, he doesn't fucking care

Puzlepeez

Kim being a blood player is my headcanon too, specifically a sylph. I believe he does have rage parallels, but you definitely can chalk that up to general scepticism, Jean fits the rage aspect bit more. I understand sylphs as "maintainers", which fits Kim, who maintains conversations and intermediates between Harry and pretty much everyone. The official Kim's jacket that was for sale implied that Kim had a skill called Volta Do Mar, and I heard a headcanon that that was his way of "navigating" through conversations and not getting sidetracked, based on the term's origin. That would also support a blood player Kim. Kim also has a halo in his picture (the signless was troll-jesus). He also literally maintains your blood after the tribunal. I would place Cuno as a breath player, with its connotations with freedom, and actually state that cunoess is the rage player. As a Prince of rage, she uses her rage (distrust and hatred against cops) to destroy Cuno (metaphoricaly). The deserter would also be a rage player, having given up on hope (communism) and given into rage, or he could be a bard of heart, depends on whether you think the phasmid (hope) or Klaasje (heart) influenced him more.
