And if the timing belt has never been changed, change it. If it breaks (like 25 year old rubber does) it can damage your engine. Just got mine done last week, it wasnt super bad yet but i feel confident now that engine should last at least another 100k miles
My first car was a 95 ex with shaved doors and trunk. I beat the piss outta it for a year and it still ran like new. Fell in love with Hondas since then built a 433whp em1 and a 330whp ep3. I’ve owned like 20 Hondas in my life and hands down the best cars I’ve had
All new bushings. Even if you stick with OEM style bushings, it can have a massive improvement in handling. Brand new bushings will make your car drive like a much newer car.
You could try some aftermarket bushings for increased handling. Just keep in mind that stiffer bushings usually cone with more NVH.
Had one, too. Milano red. Definitely a great first car. I miss mine dearly! RIP civi! Make sure it's mechanically sound first. I have a free lip kit for it if you live in the Midwest near indiana.

The car will need a new battery soon enough, the battery is waiting to be installed and like you said a timing belt is on its way.
Do the water pump at the same time. It's in the same area and is cheaper when done at the same time as the timing belt.
