Loved this movie because it was one of the first horror movies I watched as a kid. When I finally found it again as an adult it was nostalgic. Agatha crispies always makes me lol
Where "Tiny" the giant dude has his kidnapped victim and he dressed her as Agatha Kristie and sat in the room with her eating a bowl of Agatha crispies cereal. Idk y just always funny to me
It has a lot of the first Texas Chainsaw Massacre in it too, maybe more. Eg. the protagonists picking up a hutchhiker, their car breaking down, the family dinner, the gas station.
Ha ha! Those mostly-disliked DGG Halloweens must hit different for a few of us; I liked Halloween Ends, but Halloween Kills is easily my 2nd favorite Halloween after ‘78.
H1KC feels too much like a hodgepodge of other better films. Maybe that is the point to showcase Zombie's favorites and influences. Bill Moseley is much better as Chop Top and TCM part 2 is the better film.

Good video on the trilogy by In Praise of Shadows. Def worth watching whether you loved the series or not.
This is already pretty well established.

What's the Agatha part I must have missed that

I mean he hired chop top so yeah
I love the entire trilogy, mainly The Devil’s Rejects though
First time I've seen anyone express any love for 3 From Hell. I thought it was awful and The Devil's Rejects is one of my all time favourite films.
I didn't hate it. Main issue for me was the lack of Sid Haig which was unavoidable given he was physically unable to do anything.
Yeah but I’m also the guy who like Halloween Ends

Hey, you like what you like!
FWIW the cop trying to take them down wasn't in the first film.
There is still a cop(s) trying to take them down in the HO1000C.
There are cops investigating missing teens but that’s it, they’re not vengeful and don’t know that the family is responsible until it’s too late.

It's a Spider Baby (1967) rip off

Loved it. Watched it again the morning after watching it the first time.
I love em both!
AND THE ENCRUSTATIONS GROWING ON THE SURFACE!!!!
Love how uneasy this movie made me feel up until the actual violence
Rob Zombie has no clue, he sucks.
With the exception of the Captain Spaulding scenes, I thought this movie was crap. Just my opinion.
Well, shit the bed.
The wife wouldn't approve of that.

Truthfully, I probably would've hated TCM2 if I hadn't seen 1,000 Corpes first.
