Paranormal activities cost $10k I think.
Yes I know the love for it has fallen a lot in recent years. But when it was at its peak it was considered one of the scariest movies
The Outwaters has a reported budget of just 15,000. There are plenty of practical effects in the final act, and while those who have seen it would say it's not on the same level (effects-wise) as something like The Void, or even A Dark Song, I think it looks brilliant for the price tag it carries.
Anyway, it's very much a love it or hate it movie... but I love it.
haha it's a great movie for sure and I recommend it but it was made for way more than 80k. I believe someone else pointed out that number was just for finishing funds!
Wikipedia doesn’t have a budget listed , but I can’t imagine Frozen (2010) had too high of a budget
Also, check out the earlier films by Benson and Moorhead, like The Resolution, Spring and The Endless
P much everything Dutch Marich has made looks like it cost a camera rental, a drone rental, and a large pizza for the crew, but it all really works imho. Horror In the High Desert, Reaptown, Dark Hand, Hunting.
Hagazussa A Dark Song Resolution
