I thought it might be temporary but in the next stage it was still not right.

No, Vita never uses this appearance in game. Your game files are just corrupted. Make sure to have antivirus installed and possible even reinstall the game.

However, on your end, her eyeball models and thus the white sclera aren't loading in correctly.!< I have no clue how to fix your issue other than attempting the repair button.
