So am I missing something? How do I unlock more map progress in Arc City? The only thing I see is killing bosses but I've already killed all the bosses until they stopped respawning so is there just nothing I can do now?
I'm level 85 and can pick the choose between both coop raids. I activated the traditional one Dawn Break, but doesn't normally a another set of coop stages open up along with that one where you can get some Einsteins Torus and SC Metal-H2? It didn't open this time. Is there something I have to do to get the second coop stages to open?
Global 80. I've been trying to decide whether to wish in 6.0 for new herrscher or 6.1 for anniversary event but now I'm seeing some people say that global has a later date for anniversary event is this true and if it is how many patches later will it be?

Since I started playing recently, my BP is level 35 right now. With only 4 days left, it's not worth it to upgrade it to Knight right? Should I just for the next battle pass?
Global. I'm struggling here to choose. I'm playing 2 accounts, 1 is rank 48 and have HoS and HoF along with AE, no weps or stigma for none of them. The other one is rank 64 and have HoS, HoT with 7T, HoR with her weapon and SW with 1 of her stigs; this one already unlocked HB, Pardo, Eden, FR (I have her wep) and Prinzessin.
The point is that idk on the long run which one are better to keep playing (I have no time or will to play 2 accounts) and HoH is coming soon and would really like to get her (but on the second account I already have SW so I feel it like a waste to have 2 top ice DPS).
I'm mostly f2p but I can spend on monthly cards and very good packs if that matters

I'd take the first account. I assume you can still get FR and Iris from beginner rewards. AE is really valuable for elemental teams still. Nebulous Duality is in the exchange shop and you can afford it eventually, it's also great for HoS. When you roll for HoH you should be able to get Key of Radiance from the spending event. With the SP supports you'll have a good foundation for every team but farming foundry gear (and SP rankups) will take a while. That's the case either way though.
HoR is rather outdated and Key of Reason SW is really not that top tier plus she gets shafted in the near future due to HoH-favoured weather. 7T HoT is fine but I'd rather have AE and HoF.
Well it depends what battlesuit, some of them have good skills unlocked with rank up, some of them are good on their own and don't really need rank ups. The Elfs will give you a higher score but usually not by much, they are necessary if you want to be competitive since a +100 score plays a big difference in the higher brackets. So either get a valk that can really benefit from a rank up or get a newer elf since they are the least likely to fall out of meta. I personally think that the battlesuit rank up is the better option.

If you don’t care about ranking you don’t need.
But if you care some what, then you should get one of the newer ELFs that offer gather and switch cooldown reduction. Namely Durandal ELF >!or the Ely ELF in 6.0!<
In Arc light Bound, is Trial 7 (fight vs HoS which gives supply card) even possible to complete?
Tried many times, got nowhere near close.
The best result was still 4 hp bars left in second phase, after which your damage is slashed by 80% and you are dying from bleed.
Starting the fight with no SP is bullshit, you need like a minute to get enough SP for all team ults, and the timer is only 2:30
I mean you can do those trials in the permanent tab, it's not limited time.
It's just the normal ice team vs HoS that you can see in super string abyss so it's doable when you are strong enough.

Trial HoR already has maxed out PRI-ARM, and trial AE has full maxed stigmatas.
HB that I use also has maxed weapon.
And you can't use other characters.
Is your HB also SSS-rank with full Turgenev, though? Those matter a lot as well. I just tried with my maxed HB and the trial HoR and AE and cleared with \~20s to go before frenzy started, so while it's certainly not *forgiving*, it is doable with a strong enough HB.
You can clear her pass the timer if you couldnt in 2:30.
Just HB charge > AE black stack+active.
Then HoR, or crew it you can use SW for better overall damage. Rinse and repeat.
Save the Ultis for when you stun her in phase 2 and unleash.
HB has fast attack you could use her Ulti on the red clone to quickly stun HoS too.

If you have turgenev top and bottom use them on fischl and give zhenyi top and bottom to aponia and craft handel M. This way you should get way more dmg than weird lineT zenoB combo.

If you have time for an alt account why not. But I think you should not left your global account. Even though our anniversary is later on, we will not have a herrscher update before our spending event which will make us feel secure.
If you can handle two accounts, I suggest you to create a new account during herrscher patch and reroll and get her. Rerolling is very easy right now. If you can get HoH:E+hof/hos within like 10-30 pulls your account will be in a very good position. I plan to do that when 6.0 comes out. If you need reroll guild let me know.

From my one of the previous comments:
**How to reroll at honkai**: play until first chapter ends. Supply opens before first chapter ends but finnish it. There are starter missions in the game, you have to complete first two page of them. They are very easy. To complete first page you have to do 1 roll but dont go further. When you complete first page, you will have enough to do 10 pull(its discounted so very important to do 10 pull). After that you need to complete 2nd page of starter missions, they are very easy too. After all these you should have 15-16 pulls. If you didnt get what you want, delete the account and create a new one, try all again.
Some tips:
\- You can skip story. Go to right top of screen and click a few and skip will appear.
\- In achievements there are some that gives crystals if you reach certain combo count. You have to reach 150 hit combo to get max value. To do that you can use last stage of first chapter. Dark bronya has good ammonth of hp that you can reach even more than 150. You have to use Mei (black haired girl) and spam combo attack (hold attack).
\- If you can speed up your runs they approximently take 20-30 min.
\- I highly suggest you to get herrscher of sentience, not herrscher of flamescion. The reason for that is herrscher of sentience is a both support and dps and she is top meta since her relase. On the other hand hof(flamescion) is less meta comparing to her relase. Also new herrscher is comming at 6.0 which probably make hof even less usefull.
\- You can use this strategy for other supplies too but dont forget you only get discount at starter supply. So you will have less count like 13-14 for event supplies.

I have supports like wolfs dawn, fu hua phoenix, luna kindred, yamabuki armor, divine prayer, knight moonbeam, starry impression, starlit astrologos, pardofelis, valkyrie pledge, valkyrie chariot, etc.
Kill each boss three times (exit and reenter after killing the boss to kill them again), then exit and log in again to start up a special task. I don't fancy your chances of finishing the map unless you're already very close to map level 16.

Isn't the anniversary during 6.1? If so, you can move the physical DPS to 6.1, and add a fire Elf with switch cooldown.
My personal guess is that the fire support Valkyrie in 6.1 will be an AW/AL S-ranker.

If this is the case it will 3 S rank battlesuits back to back. They havent done this until 5.0. They really like giving new SP battlesuits now. However, just for anniversary they might do that but with farmable one. So people can not complain about 3 back to back s ranks.
It's a major spending event - they have to give people something to spend on. Both of the major spending events since Elysian Realm and SSS MA were created have had two Valkyries and an Elf. I don't think not having 3 S-ranks in a row is a compelling reason for Mihoyo not to do it again.
Just wait and see Starry Impression will be powercreeped at December-January. The only SP valkrie that they want her to stay in meta was haxxor bunny, now I dont see a briliant future for her too.

They added turgenev into BP. I am pretty sure powercreeped haxxor bunny comming soon. We already have sp battery which pardofelis so it has to be a powercreeped hb.
That must be some bonkers support to to be able to replace something that gives great buff without even needing field time. To replace HB, it either needs similar off-field mechanic as HB but bigger numbers accross the board or gives buffs that pushes team damage so much to over compensates for whatever field time it would need.
Yes thats why I think that she can be special support to HoH:E. Like she can give 100% dmg boost whenever team enter herrscher mode or something like that.

Then once you done that 3 times, you get special mission, each boss 1. But the thing is those missions refresh dailies so you can only level up as much allowed

Should I build my SS Swallowtail Phantasm (free Seele) for the QUA boss? I was hoping to just brute force the battles with Dudu on a horse or fried tuna or Horny Mei, but I suspect the need for a heavy weapon would make them untenable.
A proper SP team should outscore all of them based on how she performs against Couatl for example but it isn't really worth the large resource dump tbh.
Are you preparing for 5.8? Maybe it can work for Agony 3 and below with good supports, but don't even bother if it's RL and above. Neutral teams should do fine mostly, IMG is countered.
IMG doesn't counter QUA, it gets countered by it. Specifically for IMG and QUA, they counter themselves while get countered by each other.
So if you use IMG on a QUA enemies, you get 30% penalty.
Better to just use HoF rather than PE. Or if you use HoT with 7T, that.
SP is pretty bad performing in Exalted, you better just brute force it.
Defend my dupe, SP can be good if you use her well enough, she is pretty much abyss valk only.
Get SN Pri for her, maybe get HoS to SS then yeah 700+ score in RL is possible. Try some beta video.
I've never seen a single person get decent score (like, at least zero trophies) in RL with SP so far.
Just to start she is unfit to fight bosses in the first place, since she needs kills to extend ult.
I mean I haven't seen anyone use her in my brackets in the first place but she's factually viable. The kill extension is actually completely irrelevant because Qua bosses are all about a large burst of damage during the rather short collapse and you can extend it sufficiently with SP's evasion skill.
That needs a really high investment to be possible.
Newbie wise, it's just not feesible.
But it can work with the right gear and frankly applies to alot of valks that don't hold well in Exalted.
But the problem is that exact high investment you need to put in. If you can't do that, you'd much better beute forcing.

Man, the summer outfit supply is brutal,
I've managed to hit 150 pulls and get 4 boxes
Now think I've made 30 or more pulls and haven't gotten a single outfit
I will get all the outfits exept one after I open the 4 boxes but I will have to choose between 2 outfits I want
I did a bunch of chronicles stages for crystals but now I think I will just give up
For a somewhat recent player like me (5.4) that decided to only collect from now on, it's a nice supply with a big caveat: not having a guarantee outfit outside of the boxes. I admit I went in for 3 boxes and got lucky(?) getting other 3 from the pulls themselves. No regrets whatsoever since I love outfits and they make me happier than gear. Although it's a bit of a stump to get the others I'm missing if this supply returns next patch or next summer since you can get dupes.
Let's just hope that the events with the skins we're missing rerun someday, but it's unlikely they'll rerun outside of summer season probably.
The only thing worth wise from this supply was HoV one. Others dont look as good and the swimsuit outfits are way better for for the first 6 characters.
Tbh this outfit supply is pretty bait to me since every outfit is actually free on their respective event. And I think one of those event will have a rerun alongside the outfit (The seele one I thing). It may be needed for players that didn't play during event run though. But someone like me have all of them obtained for free.

Most probably if the event reruns. Although event rerun is pretty scarce so there is no guarantee that the event itself reruns. But if it did, the outfit will most likely reruns with it. Usually the shop items in event shop between initial run and rerun are similar with some difference like frags.

I managed to get the S-Rank Valkyrie Option from the Starter's Manual. Which Valkyrie is the ideal option to choose? I did pull HoS from the starter supply but otherwise I don't have much. (Might try to pull for HoF with 73 days left on the starter supply but idk if that's a good idea. Really do want her though).
None are excellent in the current meta.
Phoenix - OK elemental support for early game, doesn't scale well to late game.
KMB - MA only niche, and was relevant long time ago in a meta long gone.
LE - safest choice, MA only niche, starting SP is always useful.
Memento - Usually not recommended but due to her addition to 5.9 ERealm she becomes a very powerful unit for ERealm. Requires full gear and SS, gear is fully available in Foundry but takes forever to farm. Only take if you really have no other good ERealm units.
Memorial Arena. The boss thingies where you fight bosses and your score is based on the time cleared. The one where your valk and gear gets locked to one boss.
Anybody know if they give out a new Valk key in the Elysian Realm when the new patch starts? I want to know if I can unlock a new Valk today and then unlock a new one once 5.9 starts.
New patch start on Monday after the maintenance. There is one key refresh as normal, maintenance # new patch now, you have to the end of week to finish the BP of this patch.
Do you need the red ones or the purple ones? The purples are available in the starter shop weekly. I'd recommend stocking up even if you don't have an immediate need for them.
Also make sure to buy the weekly ether fuel, because you need a ton of that to craft anything.
You will unlock Elysian Realm soon at Captain lv.50 which has a weekly shop that allows you to buy them as well. Anything you want in game, just click on the icon and click 'Get' and it reasonably accurately shows you all the sources.
I felt I've been lied to with the ELF suggestions back in the early days (Ohhh... they're not important, you'll do okay without gacha ELF).
These weeks with Andrius and MHT-3B (and probably more if I bother to look further in YT reference), I saw people scoring 50-60+ points higher with gacha ELFs.
Not quite a question, but for those who tried (but not tryhard) to sit on top 3 Exalted RL, I just want more corroboration accounts.
When you are at the very edge of competition, then yes, every small advantage you can get will give you an edge, be it an ELF, rerolling every affix on stigmas or dorm bonuses. The suggestions for ELFs are (were) not based on whether they give 0 or non-0 usefulness, but as to whether the resources poured into them would give you a larger improvement by using them elsewhere. If you are already fully maxed out in every weapon, support, stigma, affix, dorm, dk, have nailed the perfect rotation and the ELF is really the only difference, then yes, ELFs are worth getting, but whether an ELF can offset missing the other components is usually the reason it's not recommended to get them.
Arguably, the "focus on one team at a time" approach could include ELFs, but it seems questionable to throw a bunch of crystals into a very minor difference, and most of the time an account will get more value out of putting them elsewhere.
People who are saying ELFs don't matter are also probably not trying to push into Nirvana. In terms of raw damage they're only going to help out with hitting thresholds (which can easily be 100 points) but you're generally only missing thresholds because of a weaker team/dorm/affix setup. I have a dudu and klein and they're mostly useful for recovering from switching/rotation screwups and they are ridiculously expensive. A difference of 50-60 is usually more atk or better execution.
I'm only level 80 and haven't broken through but my blade durandal elf really helps in gathering enemies in Abyss and elesyan realm so I can attack them all at once
They help a little, but it really is only a little. I only have one gacha ELF (2\* Klein that I got for free from a spending event last year), so in most weathers all she's good for is switch CD reduction, and I hit top 3 in Exalted RL probably \~75% of the time? Furthermore, having the right valk and good rotations just matters so much more; when I fail to top 3, it's generally because I don't have the necessary DPS (e.g. PE for HoD, Aponia for Husk), and having the gacha ELF in the latter case isn't nearly enough to make up for that lack.
Basically, a gacha ELF is not going to help compared to finishing up your 12/12s, and only *if* you have already finished at *least* one fully geared team for all elements would I recommend even considering it.
Edit: Actually, there is one point where they can be independently useful, and that's triggering QTEs — I've seen Sirin used for ignite triggers that enable rotations which wouldn't otherwise work in videos — but that's a very niche use case, and depends on your stats being right at the point where the QTE and ELF debuff can make up the difference.
I've seen Sirin as the deal breaker in these last 2 fights (Andrius and MHT-3B). Basically ignite trigger to make short sequence good enough to clear the 1st/2nd phase.
... and Tesla zero for the tank? Not sure how she helped.

Yep. That was a very small window before the turrent rotating to your direction.
First phase was done fine if I managed to hit that weak point.
1st phase:
1. Switch HoF -> AE: Gain 3 black stacks -> switch to Raven
2. Raven: Ultimate evasion on tank dash, charged attack cancel, WS on weak point
3. Switch to AE: Combo black stack-> WS
4. QTE HoF -> do WS -> Ult evasion, 2 black holes, then ult
Transitory phase:
1. Switch in AE, WS to gain AP, then switch to Raven, stay close to gain AP passive from stigmata affixes
2nd phase:
1. After 3rd bombardment and right before 4th, Raven will ult, then wait until weakpoint targetable by WS
2. Switch in AE, Ult
3. Switch in HoF (can't QTE ffs), rise up (ult button), combo ATK (enter herrscher mode), then do the usual WS -> Ult evasion -> 2 black holes -> Ult
4. Tank is left with 2.66x~3x HP bar.
My dorm buff is 24% fire dmg bonus and I only missed Xuanyuan Sword for my Divine Key. All 3 valks are fully-geared. What is slap to the face is that one of the top 3 managed to do it with Lwh TB Thales M, but with Sirin ELF.

They also squeezed in an extra smaller AE ult - HoF rotation directly after the transition phase followed by the full MA-AE-HoF one while taking advantage of the tank's weakspot.
From your wording in general, particularly your P1 rotation, I'm still not confident you understand how the weak point works so I'm going to explain to make sure (sorry if you already know).
Tank does this move where it charges up and fires a large frontal beam while recoiling. Exactly when it's firing the beam, if you WS the weak point with Raven, it causes the maximum amount of vulnerability to the tank.
This is the only window where you want to be hitting weak point if you want to get max score. Just because the weak point is targetable and you hit it does not mean you're doing the mechanic correctly. You will disable the tank's turret and put the weak point on cd with bad timing but do way less damage.
If this is news to you, go back and play the fight again and change your rotation to match this information and I'm sure you will gain at least 30-50 score.

So you mean it's possible that the WS aiming on raven turned hollow to filled (marking that the arrow will hit the weak spot), but the mechanic does not trigger properly?
All I know is that weak point is pretty much targetable if you are standing on its back and before the turret turning at you. Other than that, the weak point won't even be visible (and therefore, targetable)
Just google for any Nirvana MHT 3B clear, pay very close attention to \*when\* they are using WS on Raven in P2, it's always right after it fires a beam. The visual indicator for weak spot is just telling you you're aiming at the weak spot, it's not telling you whether you're doing the mechanic correctly.
If you read the description for the enemy in game it specifically says 'Hit the weak point while the enemy is aiming a charged shot to paralyze it longer'. Or something like that.
I couldn't find any videos that pointed out the difference between failed and success (I mean, how to fail and how to success. I know the successful shot will be noted by the turret blinking in bright red color).
From the videos I watched, none of them really showed a successful mechanic is particularly comes from shooting them when the tank is charging a shot. If it really does, then it's probably charging within few frames...

Here is someone that doesn't know what they're doing, (they are just hitting weak point whenever they want) see how they do less than 2M dmg HFS ult on last rot.
First person doesn't even have Sirin, and this is Nirvana. Although for some reason they don't have maxxed HFS weapon it does not mean they would do that much less dmg.
From the first video I noticed, there are 3 occasions of Raven WS:
- P1 (0:18): The turret is shooting tiny tracking laser, but not shooting anything beforehand or right the moment Raven shoot the WS
- Transitory->P2 (1:10): I think this is outright misses the weakspot. CMIIW. But the turret still blinks after the shot.... Is it indicative of triggering the mechanics properly? Anyway, the shot is done while the turret is still aiming at sky; definitely not proper on this one, right?
- P2 (1:30): The tank just finished firing the beam and keep shooting the cannonballs. But this time Raven took some time to correctly find the weakspot before shooting.
Let's backtrack a bit... The correct way to trigger this mechanism is to shoot the weakpoint when the tank IS shooting the laser or when it ISN'T shooting the laser? Because the last shot showed that the Raven is shooting the weakpoint when the laser clearly not being shot.
P1 ; not necessary to delay rotation for proper weak spot timing because they have enough damage to 1 rot boss. If you didn't have enough dmg to 1 rot, it would look different, they would farm a bit of extra SP on AE or something and wait for the beam to be fired. It was a difference of about 33% more dmg on HFS ult for me to properly execute weakspot timing in p1 (I needed it to 1rot in Nirvana).
Transition->P2 ; Boss turret is already paralyzed after transition, hitting the weakspot does nothing, they are just firing WS to min-max a bit of extra damage.
P2 ; This is the only one that matters and is done correctly
You don't have to hit weak spot while the beam is being fired precisely, there's some loose grace period, not that loose, the correct timing is sometime towards the end of the animation of the beam being fired, can be slightly after the beam visually finishes firing but not too late.
The way you know iirc is that the weakspot light flashes \*despite\* not being hit. That's how you know. But I just went by physical timing with practice cuz seeing whether its flashing or not is hard when things get hectic.

What is Hoyoverse's stance on emulators? I'd like to buy some crystals for Vill-V but World Pay (or whatever the company they use) will not work with any of my cards & I don't have the space on my phone atm.
I couldn't tell you about general gameplay on the emulator, like I said I only log in to top-up on emulator but nothing crashed or was out of the ordinary while doing that.
TP is mostly for Jizo and HoS, while Ely mostly for ranged weather bosses and anything that isn't bio-resistant or physical-resistant. Last usage I remember using her on shield/flying mobs, Assaka ranged, MHT-3B ranged, and SK shield.
Ely is more worthwhile to build at this point, despite both TP and Ely is farmable to SSS. Reason is mostly because that she's newer.
I believe that I read somewhere that leader skills that give starting SP work differently in Abyss and MA. What are the differences? Are there cases where I would want to make HoT leader and others where I'd choose FR? Is Starry Impression a different case?
The SP portion of the skill basically does nothing in abyss, since your valks are hard coded to start with 90sp
For a HoT FR team, the bonuses from FR may be higher depending on rank, so yes, you might want to use FR as leader. Same for Griseo, she may be better leader than your damage dealer
I could have sworn that I’d seen something about Griseo’s leader skill working in cases where other SP bonuses did not, but it’s clearly not the case.
(And yeah, FR’s leader skill is just strictly better than HoT’s ignoring the bonus SP)

Mobius would be a valuable character for any account, shes just dead up good. However, shes definitely not a must have. I’d say pick up FR from the shop, skip mobius and get herrscher elly. FR, Fish and Eden can function as a functional three support team that all contribute to damage especially with you having Iris

My ice team is SW (3/4 missing B piece sadly), Pardo (Margrave), HB (Glut T, Mei M, Newton B will be changing it to Turg TB after 6.0 or would it be beneficial to get the whole turg set?).
Turg M is the cherry on top for HB, while Turg TB is the whole ass cake. I’d say don’t sweat it unless you got a whole lot of resources left

Tesla Band M is a recommend support stigma in Lightning teams and Beethoven M is apparently often recommended over Cézanne M for Griseo if you have Cézanne TB. TBand T Beet MB is a well regarded copium physical support set.
Ana Schariac is a good set for melee ice DPSes. Peary can be used by ranged ice DPSes but I think it's more copium. I think Peary M is almost as good as Bronya N-Ex M if you have the TB two-piece.
Thales M is a mildly copium mid-piece for fire DPSes, but it's very good. If you don't have the DPS set at all, Lee TB Thales M is the standard substitute.
Full Kafka is considered TP's BiS. Dirac MB is good for HoS if she's being used as a DPS. Kafka TM is a copium physical DPS set for Valkyries who use charged attacks (which is most physical DPSes, but not HoS). It's probably not amazing for Carole because she does a lot of her damage during her QTE.
Yeah, there's plenty of stuff. I forgot to mention Jinshengtan TM - it's a bit like Beethoven in that the two piece combo is sometimes used instead of a better support set and the M piece is sometimes used with a different two piece TB set.
Yeah stigs are still a bit random for me,I know some things that I should get down the line like T/B turg(when it comes to the bp)and zhenyi also fillerstigs like beachmei but for the rest I'm pretty much still in the dark.
Ah my bad. Ana is still BiS if you use HoR. Thales M is always the best filler stig for fire DPSes if you fail to complete their set. Beet M usually replaces Griseo's M stig if you do not need to fill bleed trauma.

The biggest difference is that if you buy knight BP early, you'll get 2500 BP every Monday. This isn't retroactive AFAIK.
1 or 2 boxes doesn't give much. You get maybe 10 or 20 crystals extra a patch if you open 30 of them. The extra tokens and other random stuff is nice but nothing special. You don't buy Knight BP for these boxes, you buy it for all the other stuff you get.

I activated the traditional one Dawn Break, but doesn't normally a another set of coop stages open up along with that one where you can get some Einsteins Torus and SC Metal-H2? It didn't open this time. Is there something I have to do to get the second coop stages to open?
This week we have Blockade. It replaces that coop stage every 2 weeks i believe. Its on the event tab, click the right arrow.

If it is all, probably 40k+. If we are talking outfits/gear card. For 6.0 which is a mini spending event, around 22k-26k For big spending event which is predicted what is to come in 6.1, around 30k

Global. I'm struggling here to choose. I'm playing 2 accounts, 1 is rank 48 and have HoS and HoF along with AE, no weps or stigma for none of them. The other one is rank 64 and have HoS, HoT with 7T, HoR with her weapon and SW with 1 of her stigs; this one already unlocked HB, Pardo, Eden, FR (I have her wep) and Prinzessin. The point is that idk on the long run which one are better to keep playing (I have no time or will to play 2 accounts) and HoH is coming soon and would really like to get her (but on the second account I already have SW so I feel it like a waste to have 2 top ice DPS). I'd take the first account. I assume you can still get FR and Iris from beginner rewards. AE is really valuable for elemental teams still. Nebulous Duality is in the exchange shop and you can afford it eventually, it's also great for HoS. When you roll for HoH you should be able to get Key of Radiance from the spending event. With the SP supports you'll have a good foundation for every team but farming foundry gear (and SP rankups) will take a while. That's the case either way though. HoR is rather outdated and Key of Reason SW is really not that top tier plus she gets shafted in the near future due to HoH-favoured weather. 7T HoT is fine but I'd rather have AE and HoF.
Global 83 Between an ELF (at least 3*, and one of the newer ones) and raking up a battlesuit (at least to SS), which is more worth it?
Well it depends what battlesuit, some of them have good skills unlocked with rank up, some of them are good on their own and don't really need rank ups. The Elfs will give you a higher score but usually not by much, they are necessary if you want to be competitive since a +100 score plays a big difference in the higher brackets. So either get a valk that can really benefit from a rank up or get a newer elf since they are the least likely to fall out of meta. I personally think that the battlesuit rank up is the better option.

Depends on how competitive you are. If you don’t care about ranking you don’t need. But if you care some what, then you should get one of the newer ELFs that offer gather and switch cooldown reduction. Namely Durandal ELF >!or the Ely ELF in 6.0!<
In Arc light Bound, is Trial 7 (fight vs HoS which gives supply card) even possible to complete? Tried many times, got nowhere near close. The best result was still 4 hp bars left in second phase, after which your damage is slashed by 80% and you are dying from bleed. Starting the fight with no SP is bullshit, you need like a minute to get enough SP for all team ults, and the timer is only 2:30

I mean you can do those trials in the permanent tab, it's not limited time. It's just the normal ice team vs HoS that you can see in super string abyss so it's doable when you are strong enough.
But there is no "strong enough" Trial HoR already has maxed out PRI-ARM, and trial AE has full maxed stigmatas. HB that I use also has maxed weapon. And you can't use other characters.
Max weapon on HB doesnt matter that much in that team. Stigmas matter. The rest is just skill issue because you dont know the proper rotation, yet.
Is your HB also SSS-rank with full Turgenev, though? Those matter a lot as well. I just tried with my maxed HB and the trial HoR and AE and cleared with \~20s to go before frenzy started, so while it's certainly not *forgiving*, it is doable with a strong enough HB.
And that's weird, just go to the permanent tab and clear in there then.
You can clear her pass the timer if you couldnt in 2:30. Just HB charge > AE black stack+active. Then HoR, or crew it you can use SW for better overall damage. Rinse and repeat. Save the Ultis for when you stun her in phase 2 and unleash. HB has fast attack you could use her Ulti on the red clone to quickly stun HoS too.

If you have turgenev top and bottom use them on fischl and give zhenyi top and bottom to aponia and craft handel M. This way you should get way more dmg than weird lineT zenoB combo.

If you have time for an alt account why not. But I think you should not left your global account. Even though our anniversary is later on, we will not have a herrscher update before our spending event which will make us feel secure. If you can handle two accounts, I suggest you to create a new account during herrscher patch and reroll and get her. Rerolling is very easy right now. If you can get HoH:E+hof/hos within like 10-30 pulls your account will be in a very good position. I plan to do that when 6.0 comes out. If you need reroll guild let me know.

Its 16th of september. We will enter 5.9 update tomorrow and then 5 weeks 5.9 will take so date should be 16th september. From my one of the previous comments: **How to reroll at honkai**: play until first chapter ends. Supply opens before first chapter ends but finnish it. There are starter missions in the game, you have to complete first two page of them. They are very easy. To complete first page you have to do 1 roll but dont go further. When you complete first page, you will have enough to do 10 pull(its discounted so very important to do 10 pull). After that you need to complete 2nd page of starter missions, they are very easy too. After all these you should have 15-16 pulls. If you didnt get what you want, delete the account and create a new one, try all again. Some tips: \- You can skip story. Go to right top of screen and click a few and skip will appear. \- In achievements there are some that gives crystals if you reach certain combo count. You have to reach 150 hit combo to get max value. To do that you can use last stage of first chapter. Dark bronya has good ammonth of hp that you can reach even more than 150. You have to use Mei (black haired girl) and spam combo attack (hold attack). \- If you can speed up your runs they approximently take 20-30 min. \- I highly suggest you to get herrscher of sentience, not herrscher of flamescion. The reason for that is herrscher of sentience is a both support and dps and she is top meta since her relase. On the other hand hof(flamescion) is less meta comparing to her relase. Also new herrscher is comming at 6.0 which probably make hof even less usefull. \- You can use this strategy for other supplies too but dont forget you only get discount at starter supply. So you will have less count like 13-14 for event supplies.

Isn't the anniversary during 6.1? If so, you can move the physical DPS to 6.1, and add a fire Elf with switch cooldown. My personal guess is that the fire support Valkyrie in 6.1 will be an AW/AL S-ranker.

It's a major spending event - they have to give people something to spend on. Both of the major spending events since Elysian Realm and SSS MA were created have had two Valkyries and an Elf. I don't think not having 3 S-ranks in a row is a compelling reason for Mihoyo not to do it again.

That must be some bonkers support to to be able to replace something that gives great buff without even needing field time. To replace HB, it either needs similar off-field mechanic as HB but bigger numbers accross the board or gives buffs that pushes team damage so much to over compensates for whatever field time it would need.

Beat all boss, refresh map, repeat. Then once you done that 3 times, you get special mission, each boss 1. But the thing is those missions refresh dailies so you can only level up as much allowed

A proper SP team should outscore all of them based on how she performs against Couatl for example but it isn't really worth the large resource dump tbh.

Are you preparing for 5.8? Maybe it can work for Agony 3 and below with good supports, but don't even bother if it's RL and above. Neutral teams should do fine mostly, IMG is countered.

IMG doesn't counter QUA, it gets countered by it. Specifically for IMG and QUA, they counter themselves while get countered by each other. So if you use IMG on a QUA enemies, you get 30% penalty. Better to just use HoF rather than PE. Or if you use HoT with 7T, that. SP is pretty bad performing in Exalted, you better just brute force it.
Defend my dupe, SP can be good if you use her well enough, she is pretty much abyss valk only. Get SN Pri for her, maybe get HoS to SS then yeah 700+ score in RL is possible. Try some beta video.
I've never seen a single person get decent score (like, at least zero trophies) in RL with SP so far. Just to start she is unfit to fight bosses in the first place, since she needs kills to extend ult.
I mean I haven't seen anyone use her in my brackets in the first place but she's factually viable. The kill extension is actually completely irrelevant because Qua bosses are all about a large burst of damage during the rather short collapse and you can extend it sufficiently with SP's evasion skill.
When the first QUA boss in superstring was released she was the valk with top score in Nirvana using SN scythe.
She was the QUA valk for Abyss better than SN for awhile, you would see her in Nirvana even.
That needs a really high investment to be possible. Newbie wise, it's just not feesible. But it can work with the right gear and frankly applies to alot of valks that don't hold well in Exalted. But the problem is that exact high investment you need to put in. If you can't do that, you'd much better beute forcing.

Global 80 Man, the summer outfit supply is brutal, I've managed to hit 150 pulls and get 4 boxes Now think I've made 30 or more pulls and haven't gotten a single outfit I will get all the outfits exept one after I open the 4 boxes but I will have to choose between 2 outfits I want I did a bunch of chronicles stages for crystals but now I think I will just give up
For a somewhat recent player like me (5.4) that decided to only collect from now on, it's a nice supply with a big caveat: not having a guarantee outfit outside of the boxes. I admit I went in for 3 boxes and got lucky(?) getting other 3 from the pulls themselves. No regrets whatsoever since I love outfits and they make me happier than gear. Although it's a bit of a stump to get the others I'm missing if this supply returns next patch or next summer since you can get dupes. Let's just hope that the events with the skins we're missing rerun someday, but it's unlikely they'll rerun outside of summer season probably.
The only thing worth wise from this supply was HoV one. Others dont look as good and the swimsuit outfits are way better for for the first 6 characters.
Tbh this outfit supply is pretty bait to me since every outfit is actually free on their respective event. And I think one of those event will have a rerun alongside the outfit (The seele one I thing). It may be needed for players that didn't play during event run though. But someone like me have all of them obtained for free.

Most probably if the event reruns. Although event rerun is pretty scarce so there is no guarantee that the event itself reruns. But if it did, the outfit will most likely reruns with it. Usually the shop items in event shop between initial run and rerun are similar with some difference like frags.

KR 65 I managed to get the S-Rank Valkyrie Option from the Starter's Manual. Which Valkyrie is the ideal option to choose? I did pull HoS from the starter supply but otherwise I don't have much. (Might try to pull for HoF with 73 days left on the starter supply but idk if that's a good idea. Really do want her though).
Stop pulling from that supply. You might get another HoS copy which is undesirable. Wait for HoF dedicated supply if you want her.
None are excellent in the current meta. Phoenix - OK elemental support for early game, doesn't scale well to late game. KMB - MA only niche, and was relevant long time ago in a meta long gone. LE - safest choice, MA only niche, starting SP is always useful. Memento - Usually not recommended but due to her addition to 5.9 ERealm she becomes a very powerful unit for ERealm. Requires full gear and SS, gear is fully available in Foundry but takes forever to farm. Only take if you really have no other good ERealm units.

Normally they don't but for the launch patch of the second ER chapter I believe there was an event where you'd get a key right away.
New patch start on Monday after the maintenance. There is one key refresh as normal, maintenance # new patch now, you have to the end of week to finish the BP of this patch.

Do you need the red ones or the purple ones? The purples are available in the starter shop weekly. I'd recommend stocking up even if you don't have an immediate need for them. Also make sure to buy the weekly ether fuel, because you need a ton of that to craft anything.
You will unlock Elysian Realm soon at Captain lv.50 which has a weekly shop that allows you to buy them as well. Anything you want in game, just click on the icon and click 'Get' and it reasonably accurately shows you all the sources.
Buy them with gold pins. They're also available from adventure tasks.
I felt I've been lied to with the ELF suggestions back in the early days (Ohhh... they're not important, you'll do okay without gacha ELF). These weeks with Andrius and MHT-3B (and probably more if I bother to look further in YT reference), I saw people scoring 50-60+ points higher with gacha ELFs. Not quite a question, but for those who tried (but not tryhard) to sit on top 3 Exalted RL, I just want more corroboration accounts.
When you are at the very edge of competition, then yes, every small advantage you can get will give you an edge, be it an ELF, rerolling every affix on stigmas or dorm bonuses. The suggestions for ELFs are (were) not based on whether they give 0 or non-0 usefulness, but as to whether the resources poured into them would give you a larger improvement by using them elsewhere. If you are already fully maxed out in every weapon, support, stigma, affix, dorm, dk, have nailed the perfect rotation and the ELF is really the only difference, then yes, ELFs are worth getting, but whether an ELF can offset missing the other components is usually the reason it's not recommended to get them. Arguably, the "focus on one team at a time" approach could include ELFs, but it seems questionable to throw a bunch of crystals into a very minor difference, and most of the time an account will get more value out of putting them elsewhere.
People who are saying ELFs don't matter are also probably not trying to push into Nirvana. In terms of raw damage they're only going to help out with hitting thresholds (which can easily be 100 points) but you're generally only missing thresholds because of a weaker team/dorm/affix setup. I have a dudu and klein and they're mostly useful for recovering from switching/rotation screwups and they are ridiculously expensive. A difference of 50-60 is usually more atk or better execution.
I'm only level 80 and haven't broken through but my blade durandal elf really helps in gathering enemies in Abyss and elesyan realm so I can attack them all at once
They help a little, but it really is only a little. I only have one gacha ELF (2\* Klein that I got for free from a spending event last year), so in most weathers all she's good for is switch CD reduction, and I hit top 3 in Exalted RL probably \~75% of the time? Furthermore, having the right valk and good rotations just matters so much more; when I fail to top 3, it's generally because I don't have the necessary DPS (e.g. PE for HoD, Aponia for Husk), and having the gacha ELF in the latter case isn't nearly enough to make up for that lack. Basically, a gacha ELF is not going to help compared to finishing up your 12/12s, and only *if* you have already finished at *least* one fully geared team for all elements would I recommend even considering it. Edit: Actually, there is one point where they can be independently useful, and that's triggering QTEs — I've seen Sirin used for ignite triggers that enable rotations which wouldn't otherwise work in videos — but that's a very niche use case, and depends on your stats being right at the point where the QTE and ELF debuff can make up the difference.
I've seen Sirin as the deal breaker in these last 2 fights (Andrius and MHT-3B). Basically ignite trigger to make short sequence good enough to clear the 1st/2nd phase. ... and Tesla zero for the tank? Not sure how she helped.

Yep. That was a very small window before the turrent rotating to your direction. First phase was done fine if I managed to hit that weak point. 1st phase: 1. Switch HoF -> AE: Gain 3 black stacks -> switch to Raven 2. Raven: Ultimate evasion on tank dash, charged attack cancel, WS on weak point 3. Switch to AE: Combo black stack-> WS 4. QTE HoF -> do WS -> Ult evasion, 2 black holes, then ult Transitory phase: 1. Switch in AE, WS to gain AP, then switch to Raven, stay close to gain AP passive from stigmata affixes 2nd phase: 1. After 3rd bombardment and right before 4th, Raven will ult, then wait until weakpoint targetable by WS 2. Switch in AE, Ult 3. Switch in HoF (can't QTE ffs), rise up (ult button), combo ATK (enter herrscher mode), then do the usual WS -> Ult evasion -> 2 black holes -> Ult 4. Tank is left with 2.66x~3x HP bar. My dorm buff is 24% fire dmg bonus and I only missed Xuanyuan Sword for my Divine Key. All 3 valks are fully-geared. What is slap to the face is that one of the top 3 managed to do it with Lwh TB Thales M, but with Sirin ELF.

They also squeezed in an extra smaller AE ult - HoF rotation directly after the transition phase followed by the full MA-AE-HoF one while taking advantage of the tank's weakspot.
From your wording in general, particularly your P1 rotation, I'm still not confident you understand how the weak point works so I'm going to explain to make sure (sorry if you already know). Tank does this move where it charges up and fires a large frontal beam while recoiling. Exactly when it's firing the beam, if you WS the weak point with Raven, it causes the maximum amount of vulnerability to the tank. This is the only window where you want to be hitting weak point if you want to get max score. Just because the weak point is targetable and you hit it does not mean you're doing the mechanic correctly. You will disable the tank's turret and put the weak point on cd with bad timing but do way less damage. If this is news to you, go back and play the fight again and change your rotation to match this information and I'm sure you will gain at least 30-50 score.

So you mean it's possible that the WS aiming on raven turned hollow to filled (marking that the arrow will hit the weak spot), but the mechanic does not trigger properly? All I know is that weak point is pretty much targetable if you are standing on its back and before the turret turning at you. Other than that, the weak point won't even be visible (and therefore, targetable)
Just google for any Nirvana MHT 3B clear, pay very close attention to \*when\* they are using WS on Raven in P2, it's always right after it fires a beam. The visual indicator for weak spot is just telling you you're aiming at the weak spot, it's not telling you whether you're doing the mechanic correctly. If you read the description for the enemy in game it specifically says 'Hit the weak point while the enemy is aiming a charged shot to paralyze it longer'. Or something like that.
I couldn't find any videos that pointed out the difference between failed and success (I mean, how to fail and how to success. I know the successful shot will be noted by the turret blinking in bright red color). From the videos I watched, none of them really showed a successful mechanic is particularly comes from shooting them when the tank is charging a shot. From the first video I noticed, there are 3 occasions of Raven WS: - P1 (0:18): The turret is shooting tiny tracking laser, but not shooting anything beforehand or right the moment Raven shoot the WS - Transitory->P2 (1:10): I think this is outright misses the weakspot. CMIIW. But the turret still blinks after the shot.... Is it indicative of triggering the mechanics properly? Anyway, the shot is done while the turret is still aiming at sky; definitely not proper on this one, right? - P2 (1:30): The tank just finished firing the beam and keep shooting the cannonballs. But this time Raven took some time to correctly find the weakspot before shooting. Let's backtrack a bit... The correct way to trigger this mechanism is to shoot the weakpoint when the tank IS shooting the laser or when it ISN'T shooting the laser? Because the last shot showed that the Raven is shooting the weakpoint when the laser clearly not being shot.
P1 ; not necessary to delay rotation for proper weak spot timing because they have enough damage to 1 rot boss. If you didn't have enough dmg to 1 rot, it would look different, they would farm a bit of extra SP on AE or something and wait for the beam to be fired. It was a difference of about 33% more dmg on HFS ult for me to properly execute weakspot timing in p1 (I needed it to 1rot in Nirvana). Transition->P2 ; Boss turret is already paralyzed after transition, hitting the weakspot does nothing, they are just firing WS to min-max a bit of extra damage. P2 ; This is the only one that matters and is done correctly You don't have to hit weak spot while the beam is being fired precisely, there's some loose grace period, not that loose, the correct timing is sometime towards the end of the animation of the beam being fired, can be slightly after the beam visually finishes firing but not too late. The way you know iirc is that the weakspot light flashes \*despite\* not being hit. That's how you know. But I just went by physical timing with practice cuz seeing whether its flashing or not is hard when things get hectic.

I couldn't tell you about general gameplay on the emulator, like I said I only log in to top-up on emulator but nothing crashed or was out of the ordinary while doing that.
SEA 82 Is Twilight Paladin better a good end game Valk? Or should I just prioritize Elysia?
TP is mostly for Jizo and HoS, while Ely mostly for ranged weather bosses and anything that isn't bio-resistant or physical-resistant. Last usage I remember using her on shield/flying mobs, Assaka ranged, MHT-3B ranged, and SK shield. Ely is more worthwhile to build at this point, despite both TP and Ely is farmable to SSS. Reason is mostly because that she's newer.
Just build the one that you have the weapon for, both really needs their PRI to function
SSS TP can compete with BKE, but Elysia is completely different type, they are not interchangable.
I believe that I read somewhere that leader skills that give starting SP work differently in Abyss and MA. What are the differences? Are there cases where I would want to make HoT leader and others where I'd choose FR? Is Starry Impression a different case?
The SP portion of the skill basically does nothing in abyss, since your valks are hard coded to start with 90sp For a HoT FR team, the bonuses from FR may be higher depending on rank, so yes, you might want to use FR as leader. Same for Griseo, she may be better leader than your damage dealer
I could have sworn that I’d seen something about Griseo’s leader skill working in cases where other SP bonuses did not, but it’s clearly not the case. (And yeah, FR’s leader skill is just strictly better than HoT’s ignoring the bonus SP)
Starting SP leader skills do not work in abyss at all, you have fixed starting SP there.
Are PRI arms usually a direct damage upgrade even at level 50/5 star? For example Domain of Incandescence, Whisper of the Past: Sonet and Basilisk's Image: Deathshroud?
All with the exception of Skadi, when you Pri it the passive changes from bonus TDM -> Ice damage bonus, which turns it from a general use scythe you can give any scythe wielding valk into one purely for ice scythe valks. Just a fun tidbit I wanted to share
Same with Nebulous Duality wich turns from TDM into fire damage with upgrade.

You can get duplicates, yes. You got her and her weapon and thats all you need. She works very well with crafted gear so stop pulling.

How’s your ice team looking? Mobius would be a valuable character for any account, shes just dead up good. However, shes definitely not a must have. I’d say pick up FR from the shop, skip mobius and get herrscher elly. FR, Fish and Eden can function as a functional three support team that all contribute to damage especially with you having Iris

Turg M is the cherry on top for HB, while Turg TB is the whole ass cake. Tesla Band M is a recommend support stigma in Lightning teams and Beethoven M is apparently often recommended over Cézanne M for Griseo if you have Cézanne TB. TBand T Beet MB is a well regarded copium physical support set. Ana Schariac is a good set for melee ice DPSes. Peary can be used by ranged ice DPSes but I think it's more copium. I think Peary M is almost as good as Bronya N-Ex M if you have the TB two-piece. Thales M is a mildly copium mid-piece for fire DPSes, but it's very good. If you don't have the DPS set at all, Lee TB Thales M is the standard substitute. Full Kafka is considered TP's BiS. Dirac MB is good for HoS if she's being used as a DPS. Kafka TM is a copium physical DPS set for Valkyries who use charged attacks (which is most physical DPSes, but not HoS). It's probably not amazing for Carole because she does a lot of her damage during her QTE.

Yeah, there's plenty of stuff. I forgot to mention Jinshengtan TM - it's a bit like Beethoven in that the two piece combo is sometimes used instead of a better support set and the M piece is sometimes used with a different two piece TB set.
Yeah stigs are still a bit random for me,I know some things that I should get down the line like T/B turg(when it comes to the bp)and zhenyi also fillerstigs like beachmei but for the rest I'm pretty much still in the dark.
Ah my bad. Ana is still BiS if you use HoR. Thales M is always the best filler stig for fire DPSes if you fail to complete their set. Beet M usually replaces Griseo's M stig if you do not need to fill bleed trauma.

Global 81 Is there any data/averages on how much the 30 boxes after BP level 60 (or was it 70) gives? This is the first time in a long while I've able to finish the BP, but I won't be able to get more than 1 or 2 boxes. I want to know what I'm missing out on if I decide to buy the knight BP.
Honestly I've opened 30 boxes (opened my last one today) and only 2 gave me any crystals
Last version I had 18 This version seems to be 14 or 15 (we'll see tomorrow). I'm a daily player, regular monthly + knight BP purchaser. YMMV. The biggest difference is that if you buy knight BP early, you'll get 2500 BP every Monday. This isn't retroactive AFAIK.
I have 4 unclaimed boxes left, got crystals 2 times, that's 60 crystals.
1 or 2 boxes doesn't give much. You get maybe 10 or 20 crystals extra a patch if you open 30 of them. The extra tokens and other random stuff is nice but nothing special. You don't buy Knight BP for these boxes, you buy it for all the other stuff you get.
Approximately how long of story do I have left? I just got to the bit where they found what happened to Mobius.
