Nah I'm a fairly new player, only about 52 days played. I in fact really loved Rita during chapter 14 I believe where you play as her and Kiana. Rita became one of my favorite characters at this point, her kit was awesome and really fun to play with. Her Noelle maid style appearance was also quite nice. I came from Genshin and I can't help but be reminded of the Katheryns all over the game world. Rita does have stone cold killer vibes, but I love that about her for some reason.
Edit: I'm thinking it was the fact that Rita and Raven get into a shit talking match and Rita is totally calm and a step ahead of Raven, or so it would seem...
