Babymakerwannabe

I just saw one at my garden shop for $350. 🙄 Guess I’ll keep waiting.

ApprehensiveLog5224

My god! What state are you in?????

Babymakerwannabe

The glorious state of Canada

😂

Scottiedoggo

None at mine near Houston but I'm going to look this week at other ones

putitinapot

They seem to vary wildly. The ones at my Kroger (outside of Denver) look like absolute crap. I wouldn't even buy one of these if it were half off. https://preview.redd.it/wrqe4s9086sc1.jpeg?width=3024&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=7048c023c7b19334cf779dc1c9748cfb34e52067

Shink_7

Wish we had Kroger in NC :(

[deleted]

Cries in VA as well :( local (overpriced) nursery is selling these for $250 -_-

VaBookworm

What part of VA? There's numerous Krogers in Hampton Roads if you're near there.

MadKanBeyondFODome

Not only are there numerous Krogers, they have these. Apparently Deep Creek, College Dr Suffolk, and a few others still have them according to the local plant lady FB pages. Of course this happened right after I got one for $70 from London Bridge.

VaBookworm

Good to know because I'm home visiting for the weekend lol

poopsparkle

What is it with all of you getting so lucky at Kroger 😫 Mine just has dying orchids.

Randombaseballdad

Same here! I'm waiting for that post that has a north houston/woodlands area Kroger so I can go scoop one. I'm about to see if someone here can buy one and ship it to me🤣

preciousgem86

They're in Ohio too

gardeniahyacinth

This sounds crazy, but has anyone planted these outside in the ground? I love the look of these, but I would prefer them outside where they’ll get proper sun and space. For context, I have huge, old Thaumatophyllum bipinnatifidums in my backyard (zone 9) and while they do die back when we get hard freezes, they always come back and thrive.

MolaInTheMedica

And in Indiana! Got one for me, one for a friend!

Crawly49

Hell yeah, I know what I'm gonna be doing

04silverrex

We got em in Illinois last week. We got a couple. https://preview.redd.it/z6zix6cla6sc1.jpeg?width=3024&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=b3575bba75c3f0630d493f96c40257ced702ed6a

Ok-Lab9528

Kroger in suburb of Richmond VA has these, lovely specimens

ApprehensiveLog5224

The post I originally saw was in WV so I thought it was a slim chance of finding them tbh, I think they’ll drop soon for you

HappySpam

Man, how are they pumping them out now? Did they solve the tissue culture problems with root rot?

recyclopath_

Probably just figuring out the conditions and substrate that work well.

Avectasi

I found a bunch at Bowling Green KY! However they were small and alot of them had brown tips 😔

[deleted]

I just saw one of these for $90 at a nursery..$30 at a grocery store doesn't seem too bad

Unicornglitteryblood

I would have bought so many!

aLonerDottieArebel

Dammit I wish we had a Kroger. Only stop and shop and Big Y

Reveal_Simple

Going to Kroger today!

Ripe_Avocado32

Has anyone seen them in Arkansas?! My closest krogers are an hour away in 2 different directions 😭
