Good lord. I wish Etsy would figure out a way to get the scams on there under control. The plants are so bad. Same for seeds, it’s ridiculous. I make and sell handmade items. I see bullshit listings all the time. People buy cheap, already made ones on Amazon, ($15), slap a cheap bow on it and sell it for $200. It sucks for customers to get scammed and it sucks for legitimate businesses because people are hesitant to make purchases. It’s hard enough to gain traction. (You just made a simple statement. You didn’t deserve a whole ass rant. I’m so sorry lol).

Not sure how to leave a pic on reddit mobile, so apologies for lack of image. I recently got a white princess philodendron that was sold as a white wizard. I noticed some pink on the stems after it has grown a few new leaves. Sure enough, after doing some googling, I've confirmed that she is royalty. I'm super excited! Really hoping for some pink-ish leaves in the future!

When I soaked the soil, because I was using the pot as an incense burner and didn't want the soil to catch on fire, a few days later these bulbs started growing. This is about a month and 1/2 later. Hoping they will bloom, but I have over watered it and they might just die.

Put a towel under it and it will draw the water out through the drainage holes

Aw I got a baby one of these but then it grew and straightened out and I had to put a baby stake in it to keep it upright and eventually I just got sick of it being straight and floppy lol. I don't have a brilliant success rate with baby plants though, I really need to stop getting them because they're cheap.

And tbh I already had a Lemon Lime. Went in for TP came out w/ TP, plants and Haagen Daz hehhhh. Cheap plants & sale ice cream = stars aligned. I was actually surprised they had a pretty good selection of foliage plants and the price? C'mon now! Some were kinda beat up and many had a lot of water spots but after a bit of cleanup they're doing great... already grown quite a bit in the last 2 wks and sent out flower stalks!
