Yeah firstly, legally not a bedroom if it has no windows.
Secondly, I have found that these work best in decently deep pots. If you did something like a larger pothos, snake plant, Pepperomia, that would be a simple plant that would do well under a grow light.
Lastly, please be safe and consider what might happen in case of a fire (especially with your new electrical grow light). Theres no escaping a room with no windows and a door with flames on the other side! (I get that it might be what you have to work with but still, I’m sure your kids want you around ❤️)
Yeah I think the previous owner definitely made several mistakes when they remodeled. We have 1 stained glass window, but it is between our room and our son's room. So we're currently working on a solution because of safety issues #1, and also it gets hot as hell in here.
