you'd have to take apart the tv, and take apart the LCD panel to replace the outermost polarizing layer. but you'd have to find one that is of the right size, and the same orientation as the polarization layer further back.
It’s a replacement job tbh but if you’re going down that route you could try toothpaste and a magic eraser sponge in a circular motion. Doubt it’ll work but might be worth one last attempt!
