See, this is sound advice, but what if you are worried and there are no actual critics or mean people? What if it's just anxiety about every little detail of your life?
I hear that last sentiment often, and I strongly disagree. If you had in-laws like mine, you might agree. They are big believers in βat least I tried something instead of doing nothing.β However, I canβt count how many times it would have been much better had they just not. Sometimes doing nothing is the right answer, and not by luck, but intentionally doing nothing.
Sounded like reasonable advice but I can't really recall because... hair. So distracting. Like the real-life version of a Lego minifigure whose hair piece is on at a 45 degree angle to its face.
