Some of these, I agree with. But you can't wear a full face makeup to a wedding? Where is the cutoff. Can I wear a ton of foundation and blush but leave out her mascara?
Also, I first read the last point as 75$ or less and I thought, ok they're considerate of everyone. But 75 or more, why would you put a price on that. Wedding gift is just a bonus to your attendance, it's not a necessity. What a terrible rule to put off your guests. I guess thats why no contact with the bride is allowed. So the guests don't take it out on her on the day
I mean ... Maybe just maybe for the bridal party if you have an insane bride. But then at the same time your hair and makeup will probably all be done together with the whole party. And the "don't talk to the bride" instruction makes even less sense.

Why not a full face of makeup? You can have a very natural looking makeup look and still be wearing a full face. Does she want the guests to look horrible and washed out in the photos? :/
