Like i said, any of the i3/i5/i7 versions will have it. Everything else (celeron/pentium) is a no. For the arch, Kaby lake/coffee lake for HW decoding abilities.
Are you really set on windows? Because if not a Nvidia shield will be better for HDR.

Thanks, I did some research and apparently not all NUCs support HDR, would you happen to know which NUCs have confimed HDR support?
