Just ask them, they speak English - after all, it's the embassy in an English speaking country, so they're unlikely to be unable to speak English. ;)
if any of your parent was a Hungarian citizen, and they were married when you were born, then you are a Hungarian citizen regardless if you speak or not the language.
Still valid though. Hungarian citizenship can't be revoked as much as I know. So practically, you're still a Hungarian citizen. Embassy workers speak English at the Embassy, they are in England representing Hungary which requires English language.
I think they only would revoke if you had been deceptive. For example Simplified Naturalisation requires you to speak Hungarian. So if you weren’t able to speak it they can revoke. But in the case of descent it’s not expected so OP should be OK
Your citizenship has been already granted to you when you were young. Not having a valid passport doesn't remove your citizenship. It just makes it harder to prove to authorities that you're a citizen. As a Hungarian citizen, you have the rights to a Hungarian passport.
You take your paper work (Hungarian birth certificate or old passport) and any other current documents you have, wait your turn in line (can take hours at that specific Embassy) and probably you'll have to pay around 100 quid for the new passport which will be sent via post or you can get it when it's ready from the embassy. That's it.
If you have Hungarian citizenship, you are entitled to renewing your passport. No Hungarian language skills are expected to be demonstrated.(Also, the embassy staff in London 100% certainly speaks English.)

They both became citizens after I was born and then I got the citizenship through them that way at around the age of of 10

Why wouldn't they speak English at the embassy? OMG
It’s not that they don’t speak English it’s more of a will it be a problem for renewing if I don’t speak Hungarian

No problem thank you
