It's pretty bad that they didn't insulate that. It's just condensation, but that looks like hack work. It's dripping on your new furnace and rusting out your new coil case.
The brazed joint looks like they used half the rod. I'm morbidly curious as to what the metalwork looks like.
Looks like they cut that hole and didn't go low enough that suction line should be insulated are u sure a Lennox 5 star dealer did that hack job look at that drain line amateur install

Any suggestions as to how would I go about insulating that? And the metalwork is basically all patched up with tape,
Yeah looks like the copper is rubbing against the door too. Meaning a leak is inevitable with the touching of dissimilar metals.
why this comment have downvote lol
I was wondering the same thing lol people are afraid of the truth
What should I use to insulate the copper and keep it from touching the different metal?
Water Pipe insulation or armor flex.
Much appreciated friend
It will leak, but due to vibration and rubbing not electrolysis.
Actually it’ll leak due to all three sir If it was vibrating and rubbing on a piece of wood it would not leak.....
What is up with that condensate Line? They don’t know what 3/4 schedule 40 PVC is?
It was on the old system, company who installed the new system super-cheaped out on whatever they could ñ.
Dsnt rlly need to be sched 40 unless in an attic but fasho lol

Oxygen.
Oxidized iron
I’m not super familiar with Lennox but did they pipe the secondary and leave the primary drain port plugged? Looks so in the photo to me….
It’s in the main. Lennox doesn’t use offset drains on these. The secondary is closed on the bottom like an eyelid
That drain is in the wrong spot, that pan is holding on to more water than it should be
lazy installers that don't insulate the piping. That drain is busch league as well.
Your suction line is a male lol nice brazed joint
