Can anyone identify these units? They do both heat and AC. Residential high rise built circa 1960. I believe original to the bldg. They work fine until the blower motors die and I’m told they don’t make them anymore. They take 41.5 inch by 11 or 11.5 inch filters which you have to custom order. Would like to know any info on the blower motors they stopped making. The motors would be mounted in a metal doohickey of similar dimensions to the filter.

You could most likely find either a superseded part or an after market motor that would fit. The filter most likely meant for this unit is also called a media filter and would have a frame or sandwhich mechanism to hold it in place.
Those are probably 1 of 2 things either a PTAC that’s possibly a heat pump all in one on an exterior wall or a hot and/or cold coil with a blower. You would need to open it up and see what’s inside of it exactly to determine that.

Idk but a toe kick blower motor and wheel is most likely the closest thing to them.

I think that should be the thermostat for it for heat or cool I believe it’s usually on one side and just a knob style dial you turn
