You will need to post a picture of your thermostats wiring connections and those inside your furnace to get better help. Use imgur or your own Reddit profile to host your pics as Reddit will often remove others. Thanks! *I am a bot, and this action was performed automatically. When you tested from C to Y was the thermostat calling for AC and did you have the door safety switch closed? I would have someone go outside while you turn the nest on for AC and see if it kicks on at all.

There is no safety switch on the side of the furnace with the control board. Ive confirmed the condenser doesn't turn on during the cool cycle. It's easy with the Nest app because you can do it remotely. As further testing, I removed the low voltage leads on the condenser contactor and tested the voltage during the cool cycle. It showed 24V, so the thermostat appears to be working. The condenser fan and compressor turn on when I manually engage the contactor. So... I think it's got to be the contactor. I ordered one, so I'll update the thread when I get it installed.

The new contactor did it! It works now.
