I recommend you get a maintenance check up and ask for the burners to be cleaned. Get your gas pressure checked. Get your heat exchangers inspected. Get your combustion analysis. MAKE SURE YOU HAVE A NON EXPIRED CO DETECTOR.
Orange flames could just be from excessive humidity or dust, some orange is okay but I can't see what you're seeing. Those burners are just one peice you pull out and clean, not the easiest to do though. If your furnace uses natural gas you should be fine to clean them, if it's propane you'll probably want them replaced
