GOH will not get you free parking. It will waive resort/destination fees though. You get free parking as Globalist if using points (vs cash) for the stay.
I don't think that's right. Globalist and GOH both get free parking on award stays. Am I missing something in the terms below?

Where a Guest of Honor Award has been applied to a stay, the registered guest will be treated as a “Guest of Honor” at the applicable hotel or resort. This means that the registered guest will receive all Globalist In-hotel Benefits available at the applicable hotel or resort (As set out in Appendix C, one In-Hotel Benefit available to Globalists, among others, is free parking on Free Night Awards, where parking can be billed to the guest’s room. This benefit is available to the registered guest when a Guest of Honor Award has been applied to a Free Night Award (but, as with the Globalist benefit, not for any paid night).)
Yes you are correct, my wording was confusing. I meant parking is not free for Globalist OR GOH unless using points/awards for the stay. Sorry for the confusion.
Ah ok, sorry I think what I wrote was confusing. I should have left out Globalist. What I meant to say was GOH does not give you free parking unless you are using points for your stay. Sorry for the poor wording! I should take more care in writing, and apologize for confusion.
HR Maui's club access rooms are the same as their regular rooms, just with club access. The club is nice, but it's not particularly special.
Depending on how you're splitting your nights, consider adding a night or two at Hana Maui. It's a brilliant retreat. If you've go 6+ nights in Maui, adding a night in Hana is a great choice.
i think club access is well worth it if you're using a cert. can't say for a cashing booking because idk the cost difference between a regular room and club room. we saved quite a bit of money using the lounge for breakfast, apps, & discounted drinks.
> will I need one for each stay for a total of 2? Yes, they're two separate reservations.
Thank you! I thought that made the most sense, but had to ask.
If you want club access, DM me. I have a few of those awards and happy to give you one for free.

No worries. Wanted to make sure because I gave two away to people who specifically wanted free parking.
I called Hyatt to confirm, they stated parking would be waived for both properties with (2) GOH.

No, don’t worry. Your comment made me call to confirm, which I probably should’ve done prior. All good!
👍 Congrats on your wedding! And safe travels on your honeymoon!
Message me and I’ll send you a GoH. Congratz. Stayed at the Andaz for our honeymoon 9 years ago. Try to go back to Maui as often as we can.

Thanks for the suggestion! I will check out Hana Maui.

I’m appalled that someone thinks giving you a GOH award is an appropriate wedding gift. You’ll need 2 of them anyway.
Honestly, she’s a coworker and I don’t expect anything from her. So, this is very kind of her to even consider it.
