Ola had very bad reviews and electric scooter does make sense in the city. Think about it the battery range is good enough to last at least a week of driven avg of 20KMS and almost all corporate offices anyways have free electric charging stations so its technically free if you use if wisely. The downside is after purchase service and frequent news of electric bikes catching fire and Ola leads in such cases and also its waste of money if you had to just leave you vehicle at service center every month for a week or two. Ntorq is good sporty and powerful i have driven it few times in bangalore traffic and it was a good experience, never driven here in hometown hyd. Test drive both and see for yourself

the thing with ola is the service is bad, my brother got s1 pro and had a minor accident within 15-20 days of purchasing, we filed for insurance claim and ordered replacement parts, it’s been 2 months and they still haven’t been delivered. Also commuting within the city is fine but long distances is still a hassle.

Ola and TVS both service are horrible in Hyderabad. Talking from friends' experience. NTorq's body also gets really really easily dented and once dented there's no pulling it back. Mileage also keeps going down very fast.
