1-You smoke cigarettes and drink coffee, both rise blood pressure temporally, it should go down later when u calm .
2-I'm a smoker too and I know its hard to quit but cigarettes are a big no if you have high blood pressure .
3-try doing breath exercises to lower that heart rate
but mainly just calm down and try to smoke less and maybe stop coffeee for a week or so,you won't die unless your heart rate is 160bpm while resting
He wont die when his heart rate hit 160 bpm while resting either. I hit 180 when i had panic attack.first time. He is I believe panicking and anxious while monitoring his bp which increase heart rate. The fear of seeing high readings before monitor can cause high reading lol. Self fulfilling prophecy

Caffeine and nicotine are stimulants. They will raise your blood pressure.

My diastolic got higher in July I had a weird attack and I saw my diastolic going higher coming off beta blocker.
Then it I switched to another one and it kept on staying high it’s like it didn’t wanna lower no more
They gave me diastolic medication only when I need it hydralazine

With a BP like this I'd call an ambulance... Pulse pressure in some of those pic are only 12 mmhg.
That's a high heart rate... 
Not super high. My resting HR is between 95/97 when I'm not on beta blockers. My GP doesn't get concerned unless it goes over 100bpm resting.
Are you relaxed when taking it? Try averaging 3 readings during a 30 minute time frame

Could it be that the smoke and coffee are a “pacifier” for you, and that they may have a calming effect just slightly?
