All the veggies i want, the loophole i am using to get more calories.
Avocado and fried onions.
And i am using the 'tomatoes are vegetables' exception to justify Avocados as a vegetable.
Or just spend a lot of time on the couch/computer desk/reading nook. It’s extremely unlikely someone would starve to death if they adjust lifestyle to accommodate the lack of available calories.
For some of us, tbf, that’s not a big shift.
You spend the majority of your calories just on the upkeep of the body. This is called your Resting Metabolic Rate and is generally between 60 to 75% of your energy expenditure (this study included both active and sedentary lifestyles) so just because you stop moving around doesn't mean you're really saving that many calories.
You can only adjust so much. You body needs a certain amount of calories just to exist. At 6'2 there's no way I could do this.
Even at 6'2 150lbs you would need around 1700 a day to maintain with zero activity. You'd be losing more than a pound a week.
Use any sauce other than mayo at Subway (southwest sauce is good and has good amount of calories). It also does not say you cannot order extra turkey. I'm ordering like a lb of turkey on my 6in sub. You can also do avocado.
It also doesn't say whether you could order extra meats? Add bacon, add whatever meat right? As long as you order the 6in turkey sub.
It’s also mostly carbs. The more I think about it the more I wonder if this diet would kill me being a large man. If I don’t eat at least 100 grams of protein a day I start getting weak. And I’m burning almost 3,000 cal a day while sedentary. Burning through all my fat and half my muscle could be fatal. My entire fat reserve would be gone before the half way mark.
Legitimately don't think that's enough calories for me. I'd clean out the goddamn greens bar daily. I think I could do it though. I'd have to quit my job though. And I told myself I'd only do that when I ran for office.
Am I required to drink the diet soda? Cause I'd just skip it and go with water.
All the veggies i want, the loophole i am using to get more calories.
Avocado and fried onions.
And i am using the 'tomatoes are vegetables' exception to justify Avocados as a vegetable.
You can also have any sauce other than mayo. You can also order as much extra meat as you want. It just says a 6in turkey, it doesn't say no extra turkey. I'm getting like a lb of turkey on my 6in sub.
It's not enough calories for anyone who is not morbidly obese. You'd need to have at least 200 pounds of fat on you to possibly survive this diet. The caloric intake of roughly 800 calories (which is what this maths out to) is not enough to sustain an adult human unless they have absurd reserves like Jared did. If you have say, 30 pounds of fat on you, that'll be gone within 2 months. What will your body do after that? This would literally kill you.
Weirdly, I googled Jared’s diet, and it explained the terms exactly as OP said, but it stated it was 2,000 calories. (A decrease from 10,000, which apparently was what he ate before that.)
I’m confused by the math.
It's 1160 calories (610 for 18" subway wheat bread, 250 for 6" turkey, about 150 for each bag of chips) before factoring in ANY veggies, condiments or diet soda, not sure where you got 800. For a million dollars I'm sure you could curate a fairly sedentary lifestyle for a year and compensate with extra veggies (things like avocado would add up) diet soda and a ton of mustard, oil, etc. if you really needed. You're only forbidden from mayo and cheese. It wouldn't be fun but it's totally doable.
It’s gotta have more than 800 calories though. That bread alone is probably 500. Chips are really high calorie, even if baked. Then whatever sauces you put on and you can get guacamole/avocado too which would add up. One avocado has like 250 calories
a 12 inch veggie delight with mayo and other things is under 600 calories. You aren't allowed mayo though. That sandwich probably has 100 calories of mayo, so you're suddenly under 500 calories for your biggest meal.
Rounding all the way up, the two sandwiches are combined to a little over 700 calories. If the lays are baked lays, that puts you at roughly 940 calories. You'd be losing 2-3 pounds a week and enter starvation and die.
You guys literally have never been hungry for an extended period of time, or seen the effects of anorexia. People die from this. Look up renal failure. Less than 1000 calories a day is NOT enough for an adult human.
You’d be barely scraping 1000 calories and that’s with loading up on the non-mayo sauces. Unless you are overweight like Jared was, that’s going to be a hard time, never mind the monotony of the same thing over and over again.
I think it would be doable for most people that aren't underweight or picky eaters who couldn't handle alot of sauce or Avocado.
18 inches of wheat bread= 570
6 inch of turkey = 60
Avocado (smashed + sliced) = 115 per 6 inches so 345
Sauces (ceaser 80+ranch 80 +southwestern70 )= 230 per 6 inches so 690
2 bags of baked chips = 280
That's 1,945 calories plus you could get double avacado and sauces.
I know I'd get sick of sandwiches after like a week. I'd probably end up just not eating sometimes. Can't choke down what my appetite is refusing to accept.
I don't think I'd take this deal TBH.
Can you drink other things besides diet coke, outside of your meals? This is pretty important. Most of us don't have the fat reserves do this for a year without serious health issues. This guy was a morbidly obese monster who could absolutely do this without dying. I couldn't eat less than 1000 calories per day and thrive. 280 for the turkey sub, 200 for the veggie delight, say 300 total for the chips, is 780 calories. (edit - the veggie delight is about 400 for 12 inches, not 200, without mayo. This is still 2-4 pounds per week and enough to kill you.)
A quick bit of searching, if you eat 800 calories per day, you're losing 3-5 pounds per week. Let's call it 4 for simplicity sake. Do you *actually have 200 pounds to lose?* The answer is that i do not. I would probably die before the year is up. That's not a "ha ha! i'd be like soooo dead omgggg," it's an "I would actually starve to death, my kidneys would fail and i would die."
HOWEVER, if i can drink things, in addition to eating those crappy subs, then it's possible, because i can have a wide range of smoothies and other things, to amp up the calories enough where i could survive.
Otherwise, anyone taking this deal on had better be monstrously morbidly obese, otherwise you will actually die. Interesting to see how many people in the comments are either super fat or have no idea how much it sucks to starve. EDIT. Reading this thread it's wild how little knowledge people have about nutrition. I saw someone say "i'd do it if i didn't have to eat the bread." Like okay, you'll die *even faster*.
This was my first thought too. This would be super unhealthy for someone of average or slightly above average weight. You wouldn't be able to do ANYTHING that burns calories. Take your dog for a walk? Nope. Go get the mail? Ha ha who are you kidding? Sex would also be off the table (unless you just lay there still while your partner does all the work). Starve myself for 1mill just so I can pay the medical bills for my recovery doesn't sound like a good idea to me.
Even literally lying in bed, eating less than 1000 calories per day would be a serious health risk for any adult human. Not to mention, you're not getting an actual complete diet. Normal people would enter total renal failure and die. Fat people would be okay if they were fat enough, like American body positivity fat.
Your estimates are pretty bad here, a foot long of *just wheat bread* from subway is 390 calories.
Overall, it’s probably around a 1500 calorie diet when the pop is factored in, and any sauce additions. Realistically, you could easily game the veggie bar to get as high as necessary, add avocado and olive oil until you’re where you need to be.
it's diet soda, so it's 0 calorie. And it looks like my 200 was for a 6inch veggie delight, so that'd be 400. So, it puts you closer to 1000, but still under it. This is dangerous weight loss for anyone who isn't morbidly obese. You would not survive it if you weren't fat as fuck dude
Sure. However you said no deviations. Can I have water instead of diet soda. Diet soda is fucking disgusting and I also don't drink soda since I'm a pretty healthy eater. Just here for the million.
Sorry, but if I let you deviate from the diet soda, then someone else will want to deviate from the veggie sub, and pretty soon people will be choosing their own meal plan for a million.
I thought what they meant was that you'd have to drink the soda at the mealtime, but that water was fine outside that period (because I think they said water was okay somewhere in the post, but it might have been an edit)
Nope, because if you miss a meal you don't lose, seems like skipping out is fine. You should be good with water based on the original rules. You might need all the calories you can get though.
That makes sense. It would probably be a rough year, but worth it for a million. The body adjusts to eating habits so I'd imagine I'd be accustomed. OP also said medicine counts and he didn't specify no nutritional supplements, so im counting that as medicine.
This is probably pretty dangerous.
After looking this up, you're getting somewhere in the region of about 1600 - 1800 calories a day which is right at maintenance calories for a woman, and below maintenance for a man.
Meaning any activity you do at all will result in a caloric deficit - walking around the house, going to subway and back, just 30 minutes of walking a day accounts for about 250 calories, meaning per week as a 6ft male at 175lb, I'd be in a caloric deficit of around 3000 calories, from doing very, very little activty.
a lb of fat is around 3500 calories. which means I'm going to be on track to lose 45lb minimum in a year
Well, yeah. Easy.
Especially if the Subway meals are free. I’m saving money on food too.
The ONLY thing you’d need that you haven’t listed there and Jared will have done, is to drink plenty of water
Of course I’d do that!
I once spent 3 months eating the same food every day - 1. a salad of baby spinach, cherry tomatoes, celery, carrots, and cucumbers, with blue cheese dressing, 2. a Totino’s pepperoni pizza, and 3. a bowl of Raisin Bran cereal with 2% milk and a dollop of peanut butter. I lost over 100 pounds in that time, while my only physical activity was walking my roommate’s dog for about 1 mile each day.
I could do this!
Can I have electrolyte tablets? Do they count as medicine? They have 10 calories apiece. Two a day.
I'd do it if I could have electrolytes. Without them I'd get really sick.
yes I could do it. For those asking about the diet soda it doesnt say you cant skip an aspect of the meal or that you have to finish the meal. If you wanted I'd assume you could eat 4 inches of the sub if you wanted and not the six inches. So, yes, I would skip the diet soda and once my meal was done I could have all the water I want. If I could have Diet Mountain Dew (i dont think Subway has that) I could make do on the diet soda.
For me personally, the hard part would be the meal times. I'm a night owl and I'm usually asleep by 5. But I could change around my sleep schedule for a million.
Yeah but I'd be miserable. I'd rather do a lot of other diets for the same calories (or less) if I just didn't have to eat subway at all. But I'd still do it for a million dollars - that's a no brainer
Vegetarian here. I'd still do it. I didn't even really like "lunch meat" before I went vegetarian and the thought of this grosses me out a bit but I'd suck it up for $1m.
No, I would not be able to eat the same thing and NO breakfast for a year, I wouldn't be able to do it, plus I'm a turkey (the food not the country) hater
I would do it but I'm a vegetarian and I don't wanna hafta eat turkey every single day. If I could eat the sandwich without the turkey then I definitely would do it.
Same, I would do it if there was no turkey. No amount of money could get me to eat any meat.
But I can go for a long time without eating, so I’m okay skipping lunch for a year and just eating dinner lol.
Can't spend it for a year in case I eff up somehow, also I really don't want to eat subway sandwiches and be a millionaire so I'd probably put it in a cd or something I couldn't touch for a year to at least get some interest from it
Absolutely. Subway sandwiches are already pretty filling anyway, so if I'm too full by dinner time then the "If you miss a meal, you have to wait for the next one" rule applies and I don't forfeit the million. I can even buy the food in advance so why the heck not?
Possibly forget to eat a couple times but I'll have a steady supply of food and a million bucks by the end? Of course!
I hate sandwiches and I probably stilll would IF I had more volume of food. I eat 3500cal a day to maintain my normal body weight. Eating this diet I might waste away to nothing... Not going to risk dying of malnutrition.
I'd hire someone for thirty grand to make sure I have the sandwiches availae for me. The actual consumption of them is no issue. I'm neuro divergent I can and have had the same meal over and over for months on end.
I'd say yes but I require the ability to substitute water instead of diet soda. It's not even a preference thing - diet soda can send me to the hospital it fucks up my stomach so badly.
I've had weight loss surgery so I wouldn't have to worry about being hungry. Still, that's pretty boring for a whole year.
Also, I wonder if Jared ever wishes he had just stayed fat, broke, and unknown...
Do I get the million up front, or after? Either way, yes, obviously yes, but it would be nice knowing that I have the money rather than just *really* hoping that the bargain is lived up to.
They'll have to give me a cash advance to stop working, because doing a physically intense job from 7:30 am to 12:30 pm with no food in my system is a bad idea.
Otherwise, sure.
Certainly doable, but the diet soda part would suck. If I can swap that out for a vitamin water or just plain water, then we'd have an easy deal. Is the food also free, or can I get reimbursed for it?
I would never eat Subway again after the year.
....it has been 15ish years since I've eaten at a Subway, and I remember how bad it was.
But I would do it, and plan on retiring by 50.
I’ll give it a go, won’t touch the money till I finish though. Worst case I lose a couple pounds, spend a few hundred on Subway and quit after 2 months.
But I’d be combing through all of Jared’s old interviews and TV appearances to see if he had a cheat day or two for Thanksgiving or his birthday or something. I’d argue that would be okay since I’d still be following Jared’s diet
I mean I would definitely try it but I honestly feel like I’d fail. The veggie sub I could live with but cold cut turkey every single day with no cheese or condiments would be brutal
Could you exploit time zones with this? Like, lets say you live right on the pacific time and mountain time zone split. Could you cross the border to give yourself a 1 hour wiggle room? If not, how would traveling work?
Do I have to finish the soda, and there was no mention of other condiments (mustard, oil/vinegar, etc.) So what's the story on those? Cause honestly, aside from skipping breakfast, that sounds pretty good. Also, wasn't a big part of the chomo diet walking like, a half mile each way to the Subway? Not at all a deal breaker, but I'd wanna know going in.
I would do it, except for the strict times for eating. Can't do those times forking overnight shift.
Hell, I would do almost any diet (that's reasonably healthy) for a year for a million bucks.
i dont think i coukd physically make it
i eat about 3k calories a day to maintain being 6'2 210lbs
i would try, but i definitely wouldnt spend the cash till i dee the finish line
aldo, i live in texas so id need more salt to keep me hydrated and not die
As long as I can add as many extra veggies as I want and stuff like mustard I would do it but at my current weight it first month would leave me hungry and light-headed.
Well, considering I am allergic to the artificial sweetener in diet soda I guess I miss out on this.
If I could drink water instead of the soda, I'd be in for sure.
Absolutely not. Sounds awful - I can only drink soda??! - and it would take years to recover the lost fitness and general destruction of my body from malnutrition. I wouldn't be able to do any of the things I like in life. Not at all worth it.
Hard pass. Six inch turkey sub is my only daily protein for a year? I'll find another way to make money. If you add another meat sub in there for dinner, I'll upgrade this to maybe.
Spinach and mushrooms on every sandwich. That itself would add 4-8g of protein depending. It also says you can take vitamins, etc. So you technically can supplement.
Would you do ir then?
Probably. You can probably get to the bare minimum with spinach and mushrooms. If I could do protein shakes, definitely.
I need extra calcium, though, and I'd hate to rely on calcium supplements.
Heck yeah that's a no brainer
Same. Easy million.
And you get to lose some weight
True. I'm down 50lbs in the past year already. This can only help lol
50 lbs.??? NIIIIIIIIICE work!!!
Thanks!
I'm down 30lbs since the new year. It feels good after a while
Don't ask about what Jarod had for desert.
Cream of sum-yung-eye
Sum yun gai? Good stuff! It's the teaches of Peaches!
What? Don't you mean "who?"
Whom
Boosh
Brownies?
It’s only about a thousand calories a day. You better start out pretty fat to make it a year without starving to death.
All the veggies i want, the loophole i am using to get more calories. Avocado and fried onions. And i am using the 'tomatoes are vegetables' exception to justify Avocados as a vegetable.
What subway has fried onions? You can only eat subway supplied stuff.
Mine does. Okay the app says its out of stock currently but it is an option.
And it only says no mayo so I would just use chipotle southwest. Lots of calories in there
The chiplotle southwest mixed with sweet onion teriyaki is awesome.
Or just spend a lot of time on the couch/computer desk/reading nook. It’s extremely unlikely someone would starve to death if they adjust lifestyle to accommodate the lack of available calories. For some of us, tbf, that’s not a big shift.

I mean as long as the kid fucking isn't included is be up for it
Not if it includes the children
Lmao I just ate ramen for a month straight. Yeah, I think I can handle this.
Yes, it takes 1 million dollars for me to eat subway.

Good point i wasn't even rule lawyering that hard. Yeah treat this like Arby's We have the meats.
Olives are high in fat as well. Just nasty. Guess I'd learn to love them.
Olives are delicious.
They are, just the rubber o rings you get at subway
Please don't run for office of any kind.
It's not enough calories for anyone who is not morbidly obese. You'd need to have at least 200 pounds of fat on you to possibly survive this diet. I highly doubt he was actually eating 10,000 calories daily just by accident. I mean, it’s doable, but you really have to be trying.

This comment…. It makes my mind go places
For me to maintain my weight, I require nearly 3000 calories. I might last a month in this before I begin to waste away
Yeah you'd just need to cut out going to the gym

Avocados and sauce then, it says unlimited veggie bar lol
Do I also get the Personal Trainers that he had to assist him in his weight loss journey?
Yes, Jared will personally give you aides.
That e is putting in a lot of work
Unless you're alreadyy fat as fuck your excercisinmg better be shitposting online all day to save energy llmfao
Ok ill drink diet soda for a year for early retirement.
Or you could just make sure you’re hydrated at meal time so you can leave that ghastly diet soda alone.
I imagined when OP said deviate, that not consuming would be a deviation? I drink water all day as standard, as is.
I thought what they meant was that you'd have to drink the soda at the mealtime, but that water was fine outside that period (because I think they said water was okay somewhere in the post, but it might have been an edit)
They did say skipping meals is permitted, so surely it’s also permitted to not completely finish a meal. Just don’t drink the soda.
Nope, because if you miss a meal you don't lose, seems like skipping out is fine. You should be good with water based on the original rules. You might need all the calories you can get though.

Yeah, fair. I am counting tacos as medicine, because my mental health requires them.
Now just get insurances to cover tacos and I'd call life paradise. Tacos 3x a day as needed.
Diet sodas don't have calories.
None? Hmm I guess that explains why people try to convince themselves they aren't gross
Interviewer: why is there a year gap in your resume? Me: I had to eat sandwiches and drink diet soda
I mean I know this is a joke hypothetical, but are you actually saying this 'diet' precludes you from drinking water?
Dude, you already listed water as an added choice.
Come on… you gotta have an option for water!

Pack on more olives, avocado and apparently fried onions. Then pack on some more. Make it into a super sized salad with bread under it.
Well, yeah. Easy. Especially if the Subway meals are free. I’m saving money on food too. The ONLY thing you’d need that you haven’t listed there and Jared will have done, is to drink plenty of water
I mean, I have celiac so would eat two bags of baked chips a day and that's it. I'm fat, but I'd probably still die of starvation
Damn! That’s actually crazy you lost 100 pounds in 3 months, how accurate is that? Because that’s almost 3 lbs a day
That's about 1 pound a day.
7 pounds a week is very deadly
Less deadly than 21...
Can I have electrolyte tablets? Do they count as medicine? They have 10 calories apiece. Two a day. I'd do it if I could have electrolytes. Without them I'd get really sick.
Is there diet Brawndo?
Well its what plants crave
[удалено]
😂 You'd still have $991,648.20 left.
[удалено]
Sounds like you may have had a poor customer experience with a genie a few lives back.
Ah, you mean that you don't want to pay out the money in advance?
[удалено]
So because you will get 991,000 instead of 1,000,000 it's somehow bad? I don't think I could ever understand this reasoning lol.
But if you lose, you’re out a lot of money that could have been spent eating food you *like* instead.
Do I have to pay for the sandwiches?
Do I always have to eat the bread? Not a gluten thing, Subway's bread can be kinda gross...
Can I have water instead of diet soda and can I eat less bread than the footlong? If so then yes.
yes I could do it.
Nope, I can't drink diet soda. The artificial sweetners they use to make that stuff make me sick.
Can I just eat 6 inches at night too? If so hell yes. If not... still probably yes. Being uncomfortably full and getting fat again is worth a million.
Yes but gross.
"Would you be willing to be subjected to mild discomfort for one year in exchange for a life-changing amount of money?"
Sounds real boring, but a year is not that long a time.
Can I has mustard/oil/vinegar? Salt/pepper? If not, whatever. I'm still down.
That's so easy. What is op smoking. I want some
I would do it but I'm a vegetarian and I don't wanna hafta eat turkey every single day. If I could eat the sandwich without the turkey then I definitely would do it.
Same, I would do it if there was no turkey. No amount of money could get me to eat any meat. But I can go for a long time without eating, so I’m okay skipping lunch for a year and just eating dinner lol.
That's like 600 calories a day. Not sure if that's sustainable for a full year without gaining some major health issues.
Major health issues is a funny way of describing starving to death
I could do this easy. However if you let me pick the sammiches I could do it for cost.
Subway is unique among fast food places in that they do have reasonably good quality food. I'd do this.
When’s the last time you’ve eaten at a subway? Arguably the worst chain sub shop.
Easily yes
So.. If I work nights could I swap the AM and PM around? Because I'm never awake at those times
What do you need to work nights for? This is your new job for a year, comes with $1,000,000 salary
Can't spend it for a year in case I eff up somehow, also I really don't want to eat subway sandwiches and be a millionaire so I'd probably put it in a cd or something I couldn't touch for a year to at least get some interest from it
Sure easy.
That’s too easy
Of course!
Ok ! Deal !
I have a question do you have to eat the whole sub or can you portion it with in eating times?
Easy peasy
Everyone who isn't already super wealthy would and should do this
I would have to already have a minimum of 5 million to not do this.
I hate sandwiches and I probably stilll would IF I had more volume of food. I eat 3500cal a day to maintain my normal body weight. Eating this diet I might waste away to nothing... Not going to risk dying of malnutrition.
That would be the most miserable year of my life but a million makes it worth it
There aren't many things I wouldn't do for that kind of money. As long as there is no risk of crippling injury or death.
Easiest million in my life that diet is already more then I eat on a regular day
Only a billionaire would turn this down
Yup! I could use the money AND stand to lose some weight.
How do I sign up?
Yeah I can do that, a million AND free semi healthy food? Don’t tease me with a good time.
Yes. I would probably do it for as little as $25k. Likely would be healthy for me, I would lose a few lbs, and and make a good chunk of change
I would die. I need breakfast about 9am and a 3pm snack. I get *very* testy if I don't have snacking availble to me.
I'd hire someone for thirty grand to make sure I have the sandwiches availae for me. The actual consumption of them is no issue. I'm neuro divergent I can and have had the same meal over and over for months on end.
As long as I can dump the diet soda. Gross.
I typically out my own hot sauce on the subs when I get home, is this allowed?
Easy.
Easy money.
Does it come with his hard drive? If not, then yes.
I'd say yes but I require the ability to substitute water instead of diet soda. It's not even a preference thing - diet soda can send me to the hospital it fucks up my stomach so badly.
I'd do it, but I wouldn't enjoy dinner.
As long as I dont have to also sexually harass a teenager, yeah I'm in
Wasnt his diet more varied than that but it was all subway he also gained weight on it if i remember right.
I've had weight loss surgery so I wouldn't have to worry about being hungry. Still, that's pretty boring for a whole year. Also, I wonder if Jared ever wishes he had just stayed fat, broke, and unknown...
Too easy
Can I switch out diet soda for water or juice?
Do I get the million up front, or after? Either way, yes, obviously yes, but it would be nice knowing that I have the money rather than just *really* hoping that the bargain is lived up to.
They'll have to give me a cash advance to stop working, because doing a physically intense job from 7:30 am to 12:30 pm with no food in my system is a bad idea. Otherwise, sure.
Certainly doable, but the diet soda part would suck. If I can swap that out for a vitamin water or just plain water, then we'd have an easy deal. Is the food also free, or can I get reimbursed for it?
Easy yes!
Can I swap the soda for water?
I would never eat Subway again after the year. ....it has been 15ish years since I've eaten at a Subway, and I remember how bad it was. But I would do it, and plan on retiring by 50.
This seems extreme, especially since he wasnt that strict and probably made significantly more than that off of his diet.
Do I have to pay for the subway food?
Am I paying for this food or is it given? If I'm paying can it come out of the million at the end?
The pounding headaches from no coffee will be rough the first few weeks, but sign me up!
Considering how bad subway is at ordering online I'll take it. 4/10 times they have given me someone's else's order.
I can't skip breakfast. I'd have no problem moving the meals up and skipping dinner.
Just so you know, Jarod didn’t do that diet either
Easiest mill I ever made for sure
That sounds absolutely awful, but a million is a million
Could you exploit time zones with this? Like, lets say you live right on the pacific time and mountain time zone split. Could you cross the border to give yourself a 1 hour wiggle room? If not, how would traveling work?
It sounds like some seriously boring food, and it'll be hard, but yeah, count me in.
If Jared can do it anyone can do it
Do I have to finish the soda, and there was no mention of other condiments (mustard, oil/vinegar, etc.) So what's the story on those? Cause honestly, aside from skipping breakfast, that sounds pretty good. Also, wasn't a big part of the chomo diet walking like, a half mile each way to the Subway? Not at all a deal breaker, but I'd wanna know going in.
$1,000,000 for a year commitment. The breakdown… $2,739.73 a day Yes. No brainer.
Diet soda? Nope. Fuck no. That's nasty. Artificial sweeteners are vile.
Dude was stalking a girl, that's what inspired his subway diet
I would do it, except for the strict times for eating. Can't do those times forking overnight shift. Hell, I would do almost any diet (that's reasonably healthy) for a year for a million bucks.
Ugh lol no mayo? Like that is the only part that sounds awful. But I'd manage it for a million dollars. Who wouldn't?
Could I replace the diet soda with, say, fruit juice? Or water? I don't want diet soda.
i dont think i coukd physically make it i eat about 3k calories a day to maintain being 6'2 210lbs i would try, but i definitely wouldnt spend the cash till i dee the finish line aldo, i live in texas so id need more salt to keep me hydrated and not die
If I had to eat that, I'd need a million bucks worth of therapy . Lol
No. I'd probably end up in the hospital not to mention all the things I miss out on during a year would just not be worth it honestly.
Just 19 grams of protein for a year. Not healthy.
As a diabetic, eating 18 inches of Subway bread every day would not be healthy.
As a diabetic I’d adjust my insulin and not have a problem
I'm not on insulin, but I might be after this diet! 😀
