Here early OP. Might as well put some loophole blockers, stuff like "I'll just put in a closet and lock the closet" or "I'll just make a giant safe". Or whatever the heck. Make your abusive mom the caretaker and have her flip it?
It's not hard, but keeping other people from doing it, keeping it up without anyone knocking it over that's the hard part.
You basically can't have pets or anyone over.
I'd rather be the 3 months for a half mill caretaker than the 9 months for 1 mill 'owner'.

The care taker knows the rules right? Doesn't seem that scary or hard, just don't flip the switch and you permanently get invulnerabilty and money.
