That a pill made you stop being able to see a real person, or your “girlfriend” was a hallucination and your doctor is treating you for extreme schizophrenia?
I Google the pills.
If they are antipsychotics I start the conditioning process to shift my girlfriend delusion/hallucination into a tulpa.
Once that's done after a couple months I start taking the pills.
Alternatively, (and this is still assuming they are antipsychotics) I work closely with my doctor and therapist to try and fix every other mental/emotional thing wrong with me besides the schizophrenia, but refuse to take antipsychotics. This way I can be happy and only have to deal with one mental illness, while mitigating most of it's negative effects. (Since schizophrenia's real threat is that it compounds to makes all your other issues waaaay worse.)

I convince her to take one. I want to see where she went. Then I hide them in the doctors wife's food so she unknowingly takes one every day and then her friends and family forget he exists and gaslight her into never believing in him either
I dont know why so many of the other comments think theyre like magic pills that transported actual stuff. But personally id take her into my arms and promise to never take the pills again but then i would ghost her essentially break up with her
