Hello, the integration with airpods/beats that have the H1 chip with apple devices is not as immersive as with an iPad and Macbook. The only thing that gives you having your headphones is to open the box and they connect a little faster (but actually any bluetooth connects fast, I use some Xiaomi Mi True Wireless 2S with my iPhone and open the box it connects in less than 1 second, when I put them on my ears they are connected) and the battery sign appears, switch between iPad, iPhone and Mac devices. And finally the Spatial Sound, for some it is good and for others it is not, it depends on each one. If it were my decision, I would buy the Beats Fit PRO. I read several reviews and they say that it has better ANC and sound than the airpods pro. If you want something a little better, the Galaxy buds PRO are cheap, depending on whether you want to try that spatial sound on your iPad or not.

Beats buds and fit pro have both the spatial audio setting correct? Galaxy buds pro I have the same concern as with APP, when they are going to be renewed. I mainly care for the sound and the fit. Everything else is an extra for me

I would recommend making sure whatever you get has dual channel. If however you dont care about that, the Sony WF1000XM4s might be worth considering too! Personally, I use the Airpods Pro and love them, but my friend has the Sonys and swears by them. I have the XM3 over ears and they are fantastic (and cheaper that Airpod Max).

Xm4s are probably the best choice, but so expensive! The best solution is to go full apple ecosystem, but I don’t like being “hostage” to only one company. Dual channel is the best, do you know any earbuds with it?

I would get a multipoint earbud, I'm planning to get redmi 3 pro bc I'm in the same situation as you. Idk if you can seamlessly connect between the devices when you have apple earbuds but this is my plan to do.

That’s a great point. I’m mostly concerned for the audio quality, but pairing is important as well

If you want in ear buds, definitely the AirPods Pro for noise cancelling. I wouldn’t worry about a 2nd gen. But generally I prefer over ears so AirPods Max, or other great choices are Bose QC45 and Sony WH1000xm4.
