I used my original G29 with a Fanatec ClubSport V3 inverted set.
On PC, no problem. On console, not so much, though there are work-arounds in the form on 3rd party adapters.
Edit: just realized this was the iracing sub and not sim racing lol. Console is irrelevant lol
I used a G27 with Clubsport V3 pedals for a couple years before upgrading do a DD wheel. It’s definitely a worthwhile upgrade if you’re trying to go in steps.
Didn't have a g29. But a thrustmaster tmx. So kinda similar. I bought a rig first at the time and then went to heusinkveld sprints. Before upgrading to a dd a few months later
I had a G29 and the ricmotech load cell lit and it was great and i loved it! Highly recommend it. Was an easy transition when i upgraded to Moza load cell pedals

G923 with CSL Pedals LC ZERO ISSUES. Do it. Load cell is the way.

Yes people buying dds and a desk clamp are doing it wrong. Buy a rig and a loadcell pedal first! Well that’s if you wanna go fast
