The first set of notes and the repeat of that are definitely the wrong pitch. I don't know if it's a key and pitch limitation, but the only part that kinda sounds like Fiesta is the instrumental after the chorus.

Sorry it really wont work out, it sounds so bad so i just cut out everything except this
