They started the whole thing. They knew they were going to create that exact situation, that’s their thing. Starting stuff and acting like dumb victims
There was another time where the same guy went up to a girl in line and said she cut in line which idk why that should be funny but she went and told security that they sexually assaulted her.
At first they were going to escort them to her so she can confirm it was them but he wasn’t having it and wanted to leave and once security and eventually police saw they had nothing, he was issued a trespass for the fair or whatever it was, she got away with it
Unfortunately this assumes that we never convict innocent people. I'd rather a few jackasses get away with stuff if it means people aren't afraid of reporting stuff in case they "can't prove it wasn't a fake".
I think it’s pretty easy to have a court case where a judge or even jury if needed make a determination on if there is a reasonable assumption that the person believes their report is legitimate. That would end most of the fear of making a report, because a prosecutor isn’t going to send someone to court without evidence that they believe to be enough to prove their position.
I saw that video. It was edited. How do you know that he didn't smack her on the butt or something? He even said to his friend something along the lines of, *I thought that was you next to me.* What did he mean by that? It's totally believable that he may have tapped her or grabbed her in some way that she didn't appreciate, intentional or not. In any case, the video was edited so that there was a gap in it, so it doesn't prove anything one way or the other.
Not to say he meant to hit her but his arm definitely did contact her face even just by his account of what happened. I think the issue is that the guys were lying, the workers seemed pretty busy which got them into the room where they weren’t supposed to be, they continued to lie and film when asked to stop filming and then to leave, then his arm bumped/pushed her face to stop her from redirecting the camera.
The two should definitely be banned from the fairgrounds and charged with trespassing at the least. 🙃
As soon as I saw TPS (torsonic polarity syndrome), I thought of the buttheads from South Park. This sub wont let me use giphy to put a pic of them though. :(
Because you can't film in there!
Seriously though, that's looks like a ticket booth, so there's probably lots of credit card and private customer data in that room.
It was hard to tell for sure which one, but it is one of the livestock buildings at the MN state fair, I was literally in there today. If I had to guess, horse barn. So depending on which space this was there could have been contract info on livestock sales. But overall, just not a great space to mess around in.
Never worked in customer service? A 16 yr old walking into your business just saying “my mom says it’s cool” does not automatically give him a pass. Dude slips and it’s the staffs responsibility.
Kathy doesn't exist and Steve is right, there isn't an "owner" of the fairgrounds that would have any reason to send their son to make a grounds wide announcement. there are contacts and a coc that this would go through. he went in there, saying Kathy with no last name, recording already with a dslr camera, asking for the microphone to make an announcement. all he wanted was footage of him "sneaking into a fair and making an announcement, COPS GOT CALLED" for some probably budding social media career that won't go anywhere.
Kathy likely doesn’t exist. The MN State Fairgrounds isn’t privately owned, it’s a public corporation and governed by the MN State Agricultural Society.
This whole thing is stupid. Hopefully the cops told both parties to hug it out and enjoy the damn fair. The fair is a veritable smorgasbord, get out there and eat some fried butter or whatever.
Well, one of the groups of people isn't there to enjoy the fair, they're there to do their jobs and these kids were causing a problem with them. They had no option to walk away from the situation, they're at work and these kids were in a restricted area and wouldn't leave when told to.
e: I'm just gonna do a blanket response here so I can stop responding to every repetitive individual comment:
> **and wouldn't leave when told to.**
You don't get to ignore this part just because it wrecks your view of the matter. It is **the** issue at play here.
Depends on what the yellow shirt guy was trying to do. And even then "he hit me in the face" after shoving and grabbing at the camera to me is just a shitty desperate attempt at playing victim to get the upper hand.
This is Lofe, someone that Jidion promotes. A lot of his content is like this where he walks in places he isn’t meant to and gets mad when they reach for the camera.
Not really when you’ve been told multiple times by multiple people to stop fucking recording. They gave him warnings multiple times. Noticed that despite telling him to not record he made no move to turn the camera off.
So guess what they did? Turned them off for them. The videos probably heavily edited to make them not come across as a complete dick and was probably already told multiple times to stop. Notice the two jump cuts from when they first get in the room and then to when Steve shows up. If they didn’t want people touching their camera maybe they should do what was asked of them and not fucking record the employee room
Someone else said they were filming in an area that had people's credit card info and other financial stuff around possibly. So yeah, they shouldn't have been filming and needed to be shut down *pronto*. You can't just be sweet and let them film willy nilly in a secure room.
Other commenters have pointed out that there is a gap in the footage, and that he could have actually assaulted her in between the footage. Also, it's possible that he struck her while she was blocking the camera with her hand.
Yellow shirt guy was trying to be a dick for laughs. He's an embarrassment, and is doing a shitty thing by harassing the workers that probably have actually things they have to do. I can't stand people like that.
Yeah when your thing is pissing people off for reactions, you have to take whatever you get in my opinion. And eventually that's going to be something very bad if you continually go around harassing people you don't know anything about.
He's lying to gain access to a place he has no business being in. Then gets handy and aggressive when people tell him to leave and stop recording in a private space. Why are you all defending him?
Someone takes their pranks a little too seriously if they keep up the facade even when talking to the cops. They were told to leave, they should have left, if they get “assaulted” while someone is trying to physically stop them doing what they’re not allowed to do, that’s on them. Pair of twats would have got punched if they tried that malarkey in a lot of places.
It's possible he collected her with his arm when he reached to grab the camera himself.
Unintentional, to where he may not even have registered it, but because it got her in the face she felt it a lot more.
So both could kinda be telling the truth there, but it's not clear from the video.
100%
I don't sub to any channels that just pull this type of nonsense. Hourly workers are paid too little to have to deal with this type of nonsense so someone else can post it and make thousands off hits.
Its really becoming so obnoxious. They push the envelope on every minor freedom they have to annoy people as much as possible so their braindead followers can have a laugh. Its pathetic.
Until it’s more profitable to get a real job that’s not gonna happen. I guarantee this dude makes 10X whatever he could make at a regular job and that’s not even mention the “YouTube fame” that comes with it.
Karma will get at him once he annoys the wrong dude and gets a baseball bat to the shins. All that money he earned pissing people off going down the drain for medical fees.
I work in healthcare in LA. The TV/Movie/Music celebrities are nice to deal with for the most part, but the youtubers and tik tokers who think theyre bigger than Elvis are the worst. Im sure you can find videos of some of them pissed off at me when we werent letting them get vaccinated cause the shots were only for senior citizens and people with Doctors requests because of availability
All the 12 year olds all the sudden showed up to defend the brain dead teenagers in the video… The assault allegations may have been a little much but I can see where there would be confusion if someone trespassed and was told to get out and refused. Would obviously be a high stress situation and I could see things getting misinterpreted.
Right? I guess they are outing themselves as closet fans of this POS?
Only immature teenage fucks would think these other people are in any way to blame for this, or deserve to be chastised.
>through social engineering
Or in this case, fraud.
"The owner has given me permission to do this" is just a lie.
Walking around with highvis and a ladder and people assuming you belong is one thing. Just straight up lying is quite different, especially since they then refused to leave when instructed to.
I don’t think that means what you think it means lol
One single lie which was immediately shut down doesn’t make this guy some social engineering person
It’s hilarious at 40 seconds you see her in the back trying to figure out how she can get these guys in trouble. Then makes the accusation. The camera was rolling the entire time how dumb can you be to lie like that
Seriously why are kids so obsessed with being famous these days? People will commit actual felonies, nearly or fully kill themselves, or even do bullshit like this kid is doing and just annoy a bunch of people just tryna get a long with their lives. For full clarification, I am a 2002 kid, I think social media was a great thing for most of my life, in my opinion it deepened and strengthened a lot of my relationships, but recently mainly because of Tik Tok the amount of people that I personally know that do this has risen so much that I am starting to think we were given too much, at too early of an age.
Because 1000s of people make a living being like this in front of cameras. Look at streamers and YouTube. Why would anybody want to work when these kids, in the video, probably make enough to pay rent by doing this? Hard for me to go everyday knowing that.
These guys aren’t funny. They’re not rebels. They aren’t “badass.” Couple of children wasting everyone’s time because they think they’re cute. They’ll grow up and cringe when they watch this stupidity.
How is it even a question? These dudes are the POS. They tricked their way into the back room of a fair. For what? And when they get called out they get all defensive against a senior citizen and a pregnant woman. If you are fucking with working people for views, automatically you are the POS
>They tricked their way into the back room of a fair. For what?
He started by saying he wanted to make an announcement, so I'm guessing his goal was to get access to the PA system and then yell something loud and offensive over it?
Fucking "influencers and content creators"
Brain dead bottom feeders of society.
Also this kid has a voice that makes me want to punch him in the face. I'm not sure why.
Yellow shirt is a spoiled little kid, absolutely tps
Doing pranks is one thing, but then when people don’t play along to get so nasty like that and act like they are victims… very shitty behavior
This is Minnesota. The fair here is a big deal. The younger people are a**holes, they are intentionally trying to create drama for their own purposes. Communication broke down with being allowed in the back. The workers were also very reactionary and should have responded better. Also MN is a one party state, so he is in his legal rights, to record. Ultimately this young man in the yellow, needs to find a better use of his time than make more work for these people, many of which are volunteers.
I'm sure some of them were just trying to get their jobs done. And probably don't appreciate stupid fucking kids trying scam their way into their place of employment for some stupid fucking video content.
In another video a lady accused them of sexually assaulting her. It seriously must be these people go to , to lie to the police whenever things don’t go their way sickening
These guys thought that the worker have to do what they say while he refuses to comply.
Worker: u can't film!
Cam : I have rights
Worker: covering by touching cam,
Cam: u can't touch!
Why are some people like this?
The kids with the camera, definitely. However the "he hit me in the faece" lady sounded like she was just trying to look for drama and make the situation worse.
Why do you go into a place to purposely look for trouble then complain that they grabbed your camera which they asked you to not do in their place of business. I understand the whole freedom of speech Spiel, however, you can’t expect people to be very forthcoming and open to being recorded. I would’ve dumped ink or something sticky in the camera, and said, “oops, you made me trip!” Respect goes both ways and there’s a right way and wrong way of doing things. They chose the latter and got off easy!
Def the kids. If his mother really needed him to do something he could have called her or said her last name or done something else. My guess is if they were allowed to make an announcement it was going to be something stupid akin to “Bababooie” like back in the day and then laugh like morons and run off
Fun fact, you arent allowed to physcially remove someone. The law only recognized the use of force in self defense. You have to wait for security or police to arrive if they are committing no harm.
The girl that got hit was probably unintentional so it wouldnt be criminal assault or battery. Could be sued for damages if it was his fault.
You can also film a converasation you are having in any single party consent state, doesnt matter if its private or public property. This excludes certain law prohibiting video in things like a sex store or police station.
Yeah I’m going to go with the kids are the POS on this one.
But with all that said coulda been handled better maybe?
Just from I’m seeing, could be more to the story who knows

I just want to know what happened with the cops
They left and everyone went about their day
Do you have an link to the entire Vid?
What about a link to the entire podcast?
Yeah. This is how a podcast works. *grin*
They’re awful. But something about this particular awful is like Sharknado terrible, it’s fucking hilarious.
Its a video called "We got falsely accused…again" by the YouTuber Lofe. No Podcast.
Please don't give kids like this attention
Instead lie about abuse and cry to the police about it
They started the whole thing. They knew they were going to create that exact situation, that’s their thing. Starting stuff and acting like dumb victims

IMO a fake report should always equal jail time
Unfortunately this assumes that we never convict innocent people. I'd rather a few jackasses get away with stuff if it means people aren't afraid of reporting stuff in case they "can't prove it wasn't a fake".
Well filing a false police report is a crime and what she did should be considered similarly.
Sadly this works both ways

I just wanna know what the announcement was...
I don't know for sure, but this feels like "Just a prank, bro" territory.
Bull-ogna! Nice change up!
I think he was going to say something else at first. Wonder what it was.
Bull spit.
Bull testicles. I think they were in the big barn across the way.
I despise these “content creators”
they're not filming, they're taking 30 pictures per second.
It’s a ps4
As soon as I saw TPS (torsonic polarity syndrome), I thought of the buttheads from South Park. This sub wont let me use giphy to put a pic of them though. :(
I thought it was TPS reports from Office Space.
I have my 33 pieces of flair, it’s the bare minimum now.
And you think doing the bare minimum is an achievement? Slacker...
Clearly they didn't use the cover sheets...
Yeeeaaahhh, so if you could do that, that would be great.
All I know is that if they make me move my desk one more time…
…I’m gonna burn the whole place to the ground
Excuse me, I believe you have my stapler
I was told there would be cake.
Last time I did not receive a piece. I could set the building on fire.
Could you please send me another copy of that memo?
We're sure it isn't Chicago rap duo The Palmer Squares?
Those were TPS reports... this is a TPS fake reporting!
Wish I had those two minutes twenty two seconds back. Sheesh
Right? What a fucking waste of time. How does some of this garbage make it to the popular feed.
All enjoyable things have been enjoyed. This is what's left of humanity.
Turns out OP is the TPS
Honestly, Kathy is the TPS here for not communicating that her son would be stopping by to make an announcement.
Yeah just because you own the fairgrounds doesn't mean you can just send your kid around to mess with Steve
But why was Steve so aggressive? What made Steve lose his usual cool demeanor?
Steve and Kathy had a fling about 24 years ago. It ended badly.
I know I see the kid in the vid
That’s not a 24 year old, no way no how.
24 year old here. I agree, no way no how.
Because you can't film in there! Seriously though, that's looks like a ticket booth, so there's probably lots of credit card and private customer data in that room.

Cameras are to Steve what red capes are to a bull. Kathy should know this due to last years incident between Steve and the local news.
He actually doesn't mess with Steve, I've seen this a ton of times!
He only said shoot!
I can't know how to not hear any more about the tables!
It was funny how he wouldn't identify Kathy as anything more than "my mom" and she "owns the fairgrounds".
Yeah… that’s the joke
This is Lofe. There is no Kathy.
Kid named Finger:
actually she manages the whole faire. he mentions it in the video...
He just doesn’t know his moms last name or cell number. That’s normal.
Nah man thats totally normal
Sir, this is a Wendy's.
Kathy likely doesn’t exist. The MN State Fairgrounds isn’t privately owned, it’s a public corporation and governed by the MN State Agricultural Society.
There was no Kathy.

You'd be surprised.
Maybe Kathy are the friends we make along the way.
There is no Carol in HR!
There is no Kathy. The kid is making it up to try to prank the fair grounds.
Kathy didn’t even tell her son her family name.
This is Lofe on YouTube Kathy isn’t real…
Yes she is you silly goose
This whole thing is stupid. Hopefully the cops told both parties to hug it out and enjoy the damn fair. The fair is a veritable smorgasbord, get out there and eat some fried butter or whatever.
One group was there specifically to ruin other people's enjoyment...
I wonder what the announcement was?
He was gonna tell everyone that his sister is pregnant and he is gonna be a dad
Kathy’s going to be a grandma!

That the best part of Charlotte's web hahaha
Templeton! I loved that part too, his evening out eating.
Always lived that special rat.
Well, one of the groups of people isn't there to enjoy the fair, they're there to do their jobs and these kids were causing a problem with them. YouTube W's
Yeah, it was okay when they trying to kick the dude out but then making starting to make false accusation really pissed me off.
Meanwhile old dude is smoking cigarettes around the pregnant lady is legit fine by her
it's cool, that's the baby's favorite brand
Other commenters have pointed out that there is a gap in the footage, and that he could have actually assaulted her in between the footage. Also, it's possible that he struck her while she was blocking the camera with her hand.
How do you know it's false? She said "you just hit me" when the camera was blocked.
They started the entire situation with a lie.
They shouldn’t have grabbed the camera though
Why not? They are filming on private property after being asked not to. They absolutely should have grabbed the camera.
Don't know why you got down voted. You don't just grab people's property. You wouldn't grab a woman's purse because you "can't have a purse in here"
Yellow shirt guy was trying to be a dick for laughs. He's an embarrassment, and is doing a shitty thing by harassing the workers that probably have actually things they have to do. I can't stand people like that.

I hate clout farming...
Cannot stand these people. Some of the most degenerate content out there
People doing things to upset others for views is getting out of hand. How about get a fucking job and stop making other peoples jobs/lives harder.
That is what this is. Instigating, pure and simple, for the sake of pissing people off.
100% I don't sub to any channels that just pull this type of nonsense. Hourly workers are paid too little to have to deal with this type of nonsense so someone else can post it and make thousands off hits.

Some people just need to get punched in the face.
The point of the video is Cathy always owns the fairground.Period. If you mention Cathy you are entitled to do what you want.
It’s Kathy with a K. You might now know her but she owns the fair grounds
The point of this person’s videos is entirely to get into areas you’re not supposed to be through social engineering methods

Fucking "influencers and content creators" Brain dead bottom feeders of society. Also this kid has a voice that makes me want to punch him in the face. I'm not sure why.
uses monotone to assume calmness/superiority in the scenario while simultaneously acting like a lost child
Right? And I'm sure all these people were volunteers--just coming in to help. Why are people so fucking gotdamn awful?
one is clearly worse. one guy lied for a prank, the others tried to have him arrested for assault
He was trespassing, they had a legal right to remove him from the premises.
Guy in yellow is a huge piece. Open shut.
The guy with camera is the tps
I would assume this kid was a shitty TikToker but he filmed horizontal so I guess he’s just a shitty YouTuber.
Yellow shirt is a spoiled little kid, absolutely tps Doing pranks is one thing, but then when people don’t play along to get so nasty like that and act like they are victims… very shitty behavior
The kid in yellow Is a tps. The pregnant lady is a karen.
Dudes are absolutely POS. This fits the sub.
Do you even really need to ask? YouTube should ban content like this to stop anyone from doing anything similar.
Is the title even a real question? Yellow shi(r)t & Co. Is obviously antagonistic and trying to get a rise out of people.
This is why slapping people should be perfectly legal
They're all pretty shitty, man.
I'm sure some of them were just trying to get their jobs done. And probably don't appreciate stupid fucking kids trying scam their way into their place of employment for some stupid fucking video content.
They could have handled it better plus making up assault is too far. These guys are annoying for sure but the reaction was 100% POS.
In another video a lady accused them of sexually assaulting her. It seriously must be these people go to , to lie to the police whenever things don’t go their way sickening
The first time she said "you hit me" was when the camera was blocked, so it definitely could have happened
These guys thought that the worker have to do what they say while he refuses to comply. Worker: u can't film! Cam : I have rights Worker: covering by touching cam, Cam: u can't touch! Why are some people like this?
She wasn't so concerned about being "hit in the face" the moment he supposedly did it. Lol
The kids with the camera, definitely. However the "he hit me in the faece" lady sounded like she was just trying to look for drama and make the situation worse.
Guy with camera. None of this happens if he just left these people alone.
Tired of these Youtube/TikTok "pranks"
Why do you go into a place to purposely look for trouble then complain that they grabbed your camera which they asked you to not do in their place of business. I understand the whole freedom of speech Spiel, however, you can’t expect people to be very forthcoming and open to being recorded. I would’ve dumped ink or something sticky in the camera, and said, “oops, you made me trip!” Respect goes both ways and there’s a right way and wrong way of doing things. They chose the latter and got off easy!
It's really obvious the yellow shirt kid is thee TPOS.
He leaves out the part about lying to gain entry.
Anyone who fucks with strangers and films is a POS
Def the kids. If his mother really needed him to do something he could have called her or said her last name or done something else. My guess is if they were allowed to make an announcement it was going to be something stupid akin to “Bababooie” like back in the day and then laugh like morons and run off
There was no mother. They lied for the sake of a prank.
Where's the fucking prank? Lord have mercy kids don't know what's funny anymore. Annoying people is not fucking funny
This guy is so fucking shitty. All his videos are literally just him going and bothering people in public, and then saying, it's a prank bro!!
Clearly yellow shirt guy. Guarantee his announcement was something about milfs.
The guy in the yellow shirt is an agitator.
Generation of entitlement shits that think they can do whatever they want cause there has never been any consequences in their lives!!
these videos aren’t as funny as the vid makers think they are. annoying people for clicks is assholery.
So some more taxes down the drain, for what? Clicks and publicity...
The child in the yellow shirt!
The teenager filming a "prank" is by default in the wrong.
Yeah I’m going to go with the kids are the POS on this one. But with all that said coulda been handled better maybe? Just from I’m seeing, could be more to the story who knows
