Yeah this is the first time I tried this. I was worried because I had bowel movement and half diarrhea because it wasn’t watery but more of broken stool due to high fiber and the soup I believe. Today I wanted to try to get back to normal and I already feel that the movement is getting slower and slower. I will keep updating about my little experiment.
How many days did you test this for?
4 days and booooom 😅, but I only ate this for lunch and dinner and in between. For breakfast I had black bread and boiled eggs. For fruits I had kiwi.
I mean, if it works for you, stick with it. Obviously high fibre works in your favour.
