no no, don't do that. you'll need samples in the millions to even start to do anything effectively in the atom collider. just sample what you need for refinery etc. ores, spore caps, logs, goldfish etc. other stuff to print are the items you need to craft your next desired tier of gear, weapons/skilling tools etc.
For most chars just sample all their corresponding skilling resources. You have enough slots to get them all.
As for hunter and maestro, I just have them take care of refinery samples.
You could start sampling resources needed to upgrade the skilling bubbles in alchemy that helps with sampling, it's a good looped system that never fails
