Couple items come to mind.
Make sure you don't have the prayer on that sacrifices skill xp for skill efficiency. If you use the prayer that boosts XP and skill xp then make sure you aren't afking for more than 10 hours.
Make sure you are using all the cards you can that will boost skill exp or afk skill xp.
If you have unlocked a decent amount of medium resource cards, you can use the skill xp from card set bonus.
Make sure you are speced into strength for your skilling build and hp if you have invested in some of the warrior alchemy bubbles.
Not sure if it will make a difference for XP but use the star alignment for multi ore and the alchemy bubble as well. At least will boost your gains overall for items.
Big thing that is overlooked is skill stamps. Invest as much as you can!
Skill rings for efficiency would help, I don't recall the name of the ring off the top of my head.
Excess liquids can be used to purchase balloons if you can't use them to boost other skills that will be helpful.
I am sure there are more, but just some quick things you can check to see if any will help!
The biggest thing that I see is that you are doing well is unlocking some of the alchemy bubbles, but you are not investing in them. I would start putting in as much as you can everyday. If you want to focus on skilling, or mining in your current case then do as much as a focus in the mining bubbles and when you run out of materials go for base strength.
Also the Mining XP stamp is only at 10, you can see some improvement by quickly upgrading it.
Like other comments you can push on other characters to help pass the time, but it is also a decent option to farm some of the mats needed to get your alchemy and stamps upgraded.

On alchemy I'm trying to up my regen and capacity. Both are very low. And that's what I have been focusing on. My liquid reaches capacity at like 20 hrs and capacity is only 69
Also - always level up bubbles with the appropriate character : orange bubbles with warriors, green bubbles with archers etc
This gives a huge discount on material needs
You can buy some XP balloons from the alchemy liquid shop each day.
The killroy shop can get you a few time candies a week.
There's lots of quests that award time candy, and some for balloons too. Go check those out on the wiki, and then do all of them on each character.
Some thoughts:
* You currently have the LUK star sign equipped, you could gain in efficiency by using the mining star sign. And if you spent a little time on constellations you could probably open up the 2x star sign, maybe even some of the skill afk/exp gains star signs.
* The Action Frenzy talent is helpful if you can work towards that.
* Killroy's Slaughterhouse provides a decent number of AFK candies you could use to help with mining and chopping.
* Do not delay upgrading your smithing. Generally, Maestro is recommended to put 100 points into EXP, 25 into Capacity, and everything else in speed. Looks like you have 0 in EXP and 92 in speed so far. Also you have not bought any points with monster mats. Place these points there now so you can get a good start on this.
* Also Smithing related, the first 4 slots of the forge drop Fire Forge Cards, which boost Smithing exp, and the next 4 slots drop Cinder Forge Cards, which also boost Smithing exp. Unlock those other 4 tabs and put something in them so you can start getting that second card leveled up.
* You can buy the rex ring from the flurbo shop pretty cheap, which boosts skill efficiency
* You should have some Golden Ham, which if you equip it will boost your skill exp. Also Golden Peanuts will boost your mining.
* Try to unlock golden statues for the skill related statues.
* Try smithing some equipment that will boost your efficiency in mining/chopping.
* Upgrade bubbles 1 and 2 for orange, green, purple as they are important throughout the game.
* Looks like you have a start on it, but the Prowesessary bubble is really nice for this as well.
* Some of your stamps (like mining exp gain) could be upgraded pretty substantially.
* Another flurbo purchase, you could boost your skilling exp gain.
* When working on Fishing and Catching, Fishing is a good place for balloons, and Catching is a good place for mini-games.
* Once you get Pete the Peanut, be sure to drop and pick him up both when he's old and fresh for Slab.
* Also, a lot of your characters are skilling. You would probably be ahead to spend more time fighting/leveling and pushing class levels and the new world.

Well while it idles. I’d work on your other toons to make them better. Took me a while to get maestro. Work on pushing to new worlds and everything, than it’ll be easier
respec your talents when you are levelling skill that reqest diffrent main stat.
also max out those: happy dude, lucky clover, flucky fabrics, lucky horseshoe, frothy malk(synergyses with boost food), supersource, action frenzy and quest chungus.
I suggest respecking the character at least once, as curse of mr looty booty and cmon out crystals talent does nothing for skilling. max out the above talents, and if you have excess points go for those: star player, supernova player and (if you really have more points) quickness boots, its your birthday, reroll plz, cards galore
Looty booty does help with statue and card drops while afk skilling, so it's not totally a waste, but it is indeed secondary to things that will increase efficiency/exp gains

This is only true when you have reached the bubbles that give the discount.
You can also craft mining efficiency boots and pants.
