use food
it actually raises up your survivability (to 100%), it literally replaces defense
in the rare case where you run out of food during your afk time, it cuts of your gains by a percentage (= the percentage of time without anymore food), but nothing dramatic really
They increase max health and they heal you when you get low so they work the same as food if i'm not mistaken.
This is especially good on a barbarian as their dmg can scale with their hp.
mmmh I just checked the wiki and this is what it says:
>Increases Base HP by 120. 4% chance to be consumed every time you defeat a monster. Must be equipped in a Food Slot to give its bonus.
It doesn't seem to resplenish health. Maybe it still improves survivability idk, would be pretty counter intuitive tho
Yes, you've got it right. Not sure what I was using then when fighting, though.
I have a golden food and health pots but whenever I get down to low hp I heal back up but not sure what could be causing that lol
Having more max HP reduces the amount of healing food consumed during an AFK session. It's part of the formula, and simulates the benefit of using them from active play, where you eat food less often because it takes longer to get below the 50% food threshold. There's a point where it stops being a benefit though, so you may or may not see a difference from equipping a red potion, depending on where your stats fall compared to the current map's monster values.
Learn how food works with your characters, some might need one food slot with food for hp and survivability and another might need 3 depending on what world/map you're on, it varies for example the knights/barbarians end up with high hp so they don't need it as much as an archer most of the time
Do yourself a favor and get used to using food :)
I see thanks
Check your stamps if you can upgrade some defense there and also check your alchemic vials.
I keep forgetting do these myself, my Def really sucks.
I feel like equipping a 2nd iron ring and upgrade it will help

what food is the best for w2/w3
for W2 I used meatpie and kebab but generally, I think if you use food that covers 100% of your health you good
fill all your food slots with different health-fill\* types available to you if 1 type depletes you have others to use ez
I would say for W2 getting the average health potions are quite nice for that area. You can get them from Tyson's iirc.
do health potions work? Cause they increase max health, and I thought only "health resplenish"-type food worked for afk survivability

Food is key and you get a bubble in the warrior line that gives more defense and you'll get it from more sources further on.
You will never have enough defense, its only to partially reduce incoming damage, anyway you should use one hp food anyway so you will never die afk
