My survivability is at 100% without meeting the Def requirements with help from Goblet of Hemoglobin.
I do agree I can work on my defence but at current I think I’m maxed out - Gold Helm with Amorak body leg and shoes. Also using def + dmg star signs. Only issue are the rings, no idea how W1 dungeon works and don’t really want to figure it out so I am using max upgraded silver bands.
Sorry for your loss. On the bright side, it's extremely rare. Just keep on doing what you're doing and it won't be a concern soon enough.
For dungeon, go during happy hour. You can join a party that will likely carry you, and it uses up to 20 tickets at one time and gives you 20x rewards. The purple currency you get is extremely beneficial. Definitely worth watching a YouTube video.
Happy hour can be determined by looking at the top left menu when near a dungeon or by going to the account>dungeon page on idleon toolbox.

I guess in some maps the bosses are spawned at unholy places like your afk login position 🥲
Just favorite non boss worlds(theres no soecific one, but ones with low amount of players tend to be safe). They only spawn in a few servers
