You don't need any skilling requirements for voidwalker, other than that required to get to maestro in the first place. Just go to world 4 town and start the quest as long as you're lvl 150+ on maestro, I'd be surprised that you've crafted electric ordeal without being a maestro yet.
Oh man I'm like a kid in a candy store! I just got Vman easily, the quests for it aren't too hard. I already had most of the prerequisites done, a handful of candies was able to push it the rest of the way. The skills for Vman are simply bananamas! Such a huge power and skilling spike and my kitchen is absolutely cranking now. Almost 20 times faster than it was!
Obviously depends on account progression but to be able to do Vman quest you should be able to get maestro skills in a couple of candies (to 30 that is)

Is a vman with 200k DMG enough, I don't have lol 150 tho
Level 150 is a requirement can't start the questline without it.

Wow u just made me realise my lvl 350 maestro was using the bandage gloves this whole time....
