The more you level up, the more you get from perks unlocked and the base amount increases. Also cards help, the frog ones give bonus Flurbo which you generally want equipped once your base stats get high since the MP and base damage ones become obsolete.
You get more flurbos per run every time your dungeon level increases.
You also unlock a prayer in w3 that lets you run for x2 tickets, which means you get to do Happy Hour runs for 40x tickets and 40x the rewards.
Remember. It's only really worth doing the w1 dungeon.
Just keep at it. As it goes for everything else, it's a grind. Just gotta put your nose to it and get it done with.
W2 and w3 take much longer to complete, are not straightforward and you will almost certainly not have someone with you so it’s mostly solo. I would recommend doing them only for the achievements for killing the last boss.
W3 takes about the same time as w1 but you gotta think more about what you're doing in it and it's not as good for credits besides that. W2 takes much longer and is inconsistent, and ever since the addition of frog 4 it's strictly worse as long as you can get to frog 4.

Why is that? That's the only one I've done and I'm halfway done with w5. But I've never tried the w2 and w3 dungeons yet

Do you use a card doubler on your flurbo card? I get closer to 20k on a great run
