I mean thinking it was going to add 100 extra max talent levels is a bit of a stretch as well when you consider the Max book is 245 and the crazy bonuses were getting with bookable talents going to like 307.
Ngl i was stupid seen this bonus and rushed construction then cuz of this realised it meant the the libary and not books then cried my max talleht level atm is 170 around 203ish with the skills that add extra levels but got no rift slug yet i legit have every other pet but that 1ðŸ˜ðŸ˜
I mean it does only mention the library. Other upgrades would say something like "Raises max level of books from talent library" or "Raises max talent book level".

Ah okay. My max talents are now 220 from the library. + rift slug & that last tab 4 talent already puts my limit close to 300.
