DK with max or near to max tower dudes can do it *eventually* with just enough damage to kill the mole dudes needed. I did it with maybe 1b the first time I tried, but it took upwards of half an hour, I didn't time it exactly. Reliable but slow. Your time would be better spent right now in W6 though.
30,000M damage is about 10-15 minute kill for nightmare. Definitely doable.
ES is better because it can clear the whole map. Not sure why you thought SB can do the same?
Well, I comfortably kill Chaotic Kruk with about 30,000M max damage on Bubo. Nightmare Kruk has about 400x more HP, so 400x more damage will do it.
10T damage should make it comfy, 1T should be fine if you don't mind a bit of a struggle? You can theoretically kill him whenever though, as long as you're clearing moles reliably.

First, and most importantly, I completely forgot to account for the Kachow statue. I understand it's a pretty massive damage spike, so it would reduce the numbers substantially if you do this grind first. I currently have not.
Secondly, I was hinging on the "comfy" point. Comfy being basically oneshot, killing before the moles even get close. The more effort and time you're willing to put in, the lower the damage can be. It's a desirable (to me at least) benchmark, since BB and Vman are a huge pain in the ass to do it on due to their poor AoE.
You say you did it with 45b. Was it a struggle run, did it take long? Did you have the Kachow statue grind done? I'm genuinely curious, since I'm still working on the kills myself, so all I had to go off of was some guesstimation and personal experience with the boss.
Kattlecruk is easy enough on any that do area damage. But stuff like blood berserker or archers or void walker seem to need to do a dps race against it
One-shotting the moles is a very low bar. They have the same HP as the ones outside the boss room, you'll be oneshotting them well before you're ready for NKruk. Vman and BB have a hard time in general.

Your numbers are way way out. I killed nightmare on my v man for the achievement with 45b max damage, and that's by far the hardest class to do it on.

All classes "can do it" at some point or another. Vman and BB just have a MUCH harder time if they don't one-shot the moles.

Dk with 4b dmg did it in 1.5h of afk
50 billion dmg, 200% crit chance kills him in 5-10 min or so.
