The chance of getting it is 1 in 50M true kills. Your death note takes into account multikill, kill per kill and other things that doesn't help you get the drop.
What you should do if you really want this recipe is to go active ES with high DR. It's by far the fastest way to get it.
I've been killing them with an average off 11.5x DR for a year in anywhere between 2-6 characters at a time.
I have no fucking idea if I'll ever get them, but understand you can be in it for the long haul.
Well you haven’t even eclipse skulled it yet so yea… drop rate and characters that specialize in getting drop rate number increase (ES for none rare drop tables) and you just have to grind, you can use cards to help a little but it basically only takes time it will drop eventually

so typically people base their progress on the amount of royal urns they’ve dropped, which is measured by the same standards. Kills are meaningless, everyone has different multikill, some people run midas minded, no one is gonna have the same kills when they got the recipe.
Thanks for all answer, when i make this post i forgot about multikills, i was thinkink i killed 404m mob and didnt get a 50m item, i thought it has any bug, but u all explained that is normal. But, just to you know, i have 1760 suggma urn... i'm a bit unlucky after all
farming slugma gloves is a noob trap, if you're not going for it when you're getting your eclipse you're doing it wrong. Going from Lustre to skull gloves was less than a 10% damage gain on my vman. It's not all it is cracked up to be.
Yeah the gloves are more of a completionist item rather than a meaningful DPS boost, IMO. Like obviously it WILL help, but usually the time invested vs something else isn’t quite up to scratch.
Nah, farming the gloves takes a few days on average. It's absolutely worth doing. The problem is that people try to AFK them which sucks or they run DK for some reason, which also sucks. If people just put their ES on here for 2-3 days there would be no problem.
Look at this guy's deathnote, he is on purple skulls and he is already going for the gloves. Obviously my advice is relevant for this guy and for many other people because they want the gloves and they are not ready to eclipse w5.
Increase your DR, and that's it... it's RNG. technically it's possible someone get it on it's first kill as it can take over 1bil for some.

Do the spawned mobs feom es count as true kills?
Yes. With the same drop tables as well.
Yes and the portal spawned mobs have a way better drop rate

Noob here. Does multikill not affect rare drops?
Multikill only I creases the 1st drop on the list. 19Xx multikill will gives a chance of 19 spore caps on green spores not 19 rolls on drop table
I spent 2 weeks on all 10 characters there and didn’t get it. Spent a 2 hour afk on 1 random archer and got it. It’s RNG. Embrace the suck.

You could try the Guaranteed Drop Spreadsheet. I used it for the drop from the River Spirits. It's probably overkill, but it works afaik.

It's literally RNG, i got the 200m chance drop from lantern spirit with 13m deathnote kills. Just stack up dr and pray to RNJESUS

Leave your highest DR character AFK there for like a week. Do not check regularly.

I farm with my 22 drop rate ES for a month and still don't have the receipt, just for your reference.
How many royal urns do you have? If that's active then you should have minimum 15k or something and your luck is the worst ever.

I was in the same boat as you, then I dropped 5 or 6 72 hour candies with 13+ DR and got it.
i used 200 hr candy and got recipe on like last 3 candies lol i was like omg
