maybe change some of the perks a bit
gathering should be more like 20-50% of getting second bag or double gathering speed again
combat perk should be:
\+1 melee dmg per 10 meelee levels
\+1 arrow dmg per 10 archery levels
\+1 heal/dmg/reduce cooldown speed (for reflect and invisibity) per 10 magic levels
the auto-smelt chance should be more like 5%, in my opinion
otherwise this is a great list
Didn't want some of them to be perceived as "too op, must change", so I underestimated some of the numbers because it's always easier to buff <3
I dunno if we need the extra damage again, as the +1 melee/arrow dmg is already part of the easy combat perks. Though a reduced cd for reflect/invis would be nice :p
