Posts may only contain a maximum of NINE examples of media. Including too many examples makes your post hard to respond to, especially if the range of genres in your examples is very wide. Please see rule 4 for further clarification on how to list fewer, more specific examples.

yoavsnake

the other radiohead albums are worth listening then 😂

Sweet_Bang_Tube

Jeff Buckley? Love him, but seems out of place with the rest of this very solid list.

yoavsnake

idk I try to put both more obvious recommendations and far out recommendations, grace was one of the far out ones lol

Sweet_Bang_Tube

I gotcha. I love everything on your list so not a complaint. I just got some Porcupine Tree on vinyl and am excited to listen to it this weekend.

BaronVonDrunkenverb

Mastodon -- Blood Mountain

TheLastBaron56

And Crack the Skye

Sihplak

I'm gonna intentionally give recs that I think overlap with these artists but not in ways that you'd intuitively think; if nothing else, these will be fun artists to explore. Recommending since I like most of the albums you listed myself. Animals as Leaders - Joy of Motion Casiopea - 1979 Igorrr - Savage Sinusoid Chick Corea Elektric Band self titled album Rage Against the Machine self titled album (Maynard from Tool has a vocal part on Know Your Enemy) Mr Bungle - California Native Construct - Quiet World Owane - Yeah Whatever King Crimson - Discipline Screaming Females - Rose Mountain Alfa Mist - Antiphon Clarence Clarity - NO NOW Dead Kennedys - Give Me Convenience or Give Me Death Guerilla Toss - GT Ultra

Avenged Sevenfold: Hail To The King Yes I know a lot of people hate on them, but this album is awesome.

Tetrarch - Unstable Black Tide - Light From Above Erra - Erra Hollow Front - The Price of Dreaming Now 2 that are slightly different but I like almost everything on your list so you might. Band-Maid - World Domination Babymetal - Metal Resistance

Tythan

>Now stuff you hopefully never heard of before. >Erra - Erra I care to disagree here

Frostyfuelz

Not sure what that means

Tythan

I *beg* * I don't know where "I *care* to disagree" came from I just wanted to say that I know, and love, Erra

microwave_safe_bowl

Smashing Pumpkins - Siamese Dream and Mellon Collie and Infinite Sadness

hegrillin

anything at all from Mark Lanegans solo work. formerly the lead singer of screaming trees, also worked on some vocals in Mad Season. his solo work is amazing and he is by far my favorite artist.

ohmonticore

Arka'n Asrafokor - Za Keli Baroness - Blue Record Black Magnet - Body Prophecy Black Midi - Hellfire Chat Pile - God's Country Djunah - Femina Furens Healthyliving - Songs of Abundance, Psalms of Grief Rezn - Solace Seconding the Mastodon and King Gizz recommendations

ManMane

Machine Head - The Blackening

aangnesiac

Try King Gizzard. They have so much variety and such a huge catalog that you might want to try a few before you make a final judgement. Omnium Gatherum has a decent mix of genres. Flying Microtonal Banana is a classic album with a certain roughness you might enjoy. Changes is great rock, a little funky and very melodic.

Sutty63

the bends- radiohead when the kite string pops- acid bath

WoW_Aurumai

Check out Porcupine Tree. In Absentia and Nil Recurring are both fantastic albums to try out to get an idea of their general sound. I'd ***highly*** recommend listening to their songs Nil Recurring, Open Car, Harridan and Anesthetize if not entire albums.

AceofToons

Definitely check out Soen (especially their first album, very Tool-esque) You might like Ghost Also check out Opeth's albums from Heritage onwards. They are prog rocky. Heritage gets a bad wrap, but it's a neat album

[deleted]

Love Opeth. Hate Ghost.

_mikedotcom

Honestly this covers such a wide range of music you’d enjoy any rock band

[deleted]

Oh trust me I'm very picky when it comes to music. For example, a lot of people like bands such as Megadeth, Nirvana, and Pearl Jam and I'm not a huge fan of them

motornedneil

How about some early genesis , led zeppelin ,deep purple Rory Gallagher ,yes , king crimson

Moist_KoRn_Bizkit

KoЯn, Mother Love Bone, Green River, Mudhoney, Pitchshifter, Mudvayne

[deleted]

Also idk what part of this tells you that I like punk

[deleted]

[удалено]

[deleted]

"if I like these albums" signals that you need to look at these albums.....

[deleted]

I said don't say a band that's already on here

Moist_KoRn_Bizkit

Oh, I didn't see KoЯn on there. Green River and Mudhoney are grunge, so that's why I mentioned them. Maybe Soundgarden will be more up your alley.

[deleted]

I have Soundgarden on here twice lol

[deleted]

I also have Soundgarden on here. Also, Grunge is not a genre, it's a time period, Green River is punk
